ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team and help prioritize, build, and ship the orthodontic product.
• As a member of the product leadership, build a composite roadmap that reflects the priorities in the different areas and continuously rebalance the teams to react to changes.
• Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards.
• Work on problems with your team, form an opinion and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items.
• Work with product, UX and other disciplines to discover the best solutions.
• Build your team, both through internal development and external hiring.
• Cooperate with other development teams working on shared goals.
