Since opening the agency in 2018, we've built a young, energetic team that is passionate about helping customers while continuing to grow and improve every day. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member in Georgia, where I learned the business and developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.
Originally from Macon, Georgia, I later made the move to the Birmingham area. I have two children and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive nature and taught me the value of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Our office is fast-paced, upbeat, and driven by a desire to be among the best. We set high goals, push each other to improve, and celebrate our successes together. While we work hard, we also believe in creating opportunities for our team members to enjoy the rewards that come with their efforts.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Michael Bridges - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
