NVIDIA is redefining computing by bringing advanced AI to the devices people use to compose, work, and build. Our Local AI platform combines accelerated hardware, AI software, models, runtimes, developer tools, and a broad ecosystem to deliver powerful AI experiences across PCs, workstations, and personal AI systems.
We are looking for a technical, AI-first Product Marketing Manager to define the narrative and lead go-to-market coordination for NVIDIA's on-device AI platform. You will identify and prioritize opportunities. Next, you will craft a clear and unique story from them. You will present that story to AI specialists, software creators, and enterprises either directly or through our ISV & OEMs partners.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a hands-on builder who can move comfortably between technology, community, product strategy, and market storytelling. Does this sound like your dream job? If so, then come show us what you've got!
What you'll be doing:
Own positioning and messaging for NVIDIA's Local AI platform, translating one strategy into compelling value propositions for AI enthusiasts, developers, enterprises, OEMs, and partners.
Set cross-portfolio campaign priorities and coordinate go-to-market plans across product management and marketing.
Lead the creation of high-impact assets, including presentations, demonstrations, videos, web content, technical stories, launch materials, and sales and partner enablement.
Work with product and engineering teams to turn technical capabilities, performance data, developer workflows, and customer outcomes into credible proof points that withstand technical scrutiny.
Maintain a strong market and community feedback loop by participating in Local AI, open-source, developer, enthusiast, and startup communities and translating their signals into campaign priorities and product feedback.
Track competitors, developer preferences, campaign performance, and market perception. Use the results to strengthen NVIDIA's position as the platform people choose first to build and run AI locally.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent experience, together with 8+ years in technical product marketing, developer marketing, product management, entrepreneurship, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience building and running Local AI applications or workflows using local model inference and agentic tools. You should be prepared to demonstrate something you personally built, configured, or operated.
Strong understanding of generative AI, model inference, agent architectures, GPU acceleration, and the performance, privacy, quality, and cost tradeoffs across local, hybrid, and cloud AI.
Practical fluency with developer workflows and tools such as Linux or Windows environments, command-line tools, APIs, GitHub, notebooks, Python or JavaScript, and lightweight application prototyping.
Demonstrated success creating positioning, messaging, campaigns, launch plans, and enablement that turn complex technology into credible stories for technical and business audiences.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the judgment to set priorities, influence without authority, and operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Established credibility and relationships within communities dedicated to Local AI, open-source projects, developers, enthusiasts, or AI startups, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Experience founding or scaling an AI or developer-tools company, or an MBA combined with deep technical experience.
A visible portfolio of technical writing, demonstrations, talks, community work, or campaigns that changed market perception or developer preference.
Experience marketing developer platforms, PC or workstation technologies, SDKs, frameworks, runtimes, or open-source projects with OEM and ecosystem partners.
NVIDIA is helping build the forthcoming age of computing, where AI becomes a natural part of how people compose, work, and build. This role offers the opportunity to shape how the world understands Local AI and bring together an unmatched hardware, software, developer, and partner ecosystem. If you are a technically curious builder and a clear storyteller, we want to hear from you!

How do I get a ai product engineer job in Santa Clara?
Targeting Santa Clara directly means focusing on the semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise AI companies clustered around the Great America Parkway and Lawrence Expressway corridors. Employers in these sectors prioritize candidates who can bridge AI model development and product delivery at scale. Hands-on experience with LLM integration, MLOps pipelines, or hardware-software co-design gives candidates a clear edge in this market over generalist product backgrounds.
Which companies hire ai product engineers in Santa Clara?
Companies currently hiring ai product engineers in Santa Clara include ServiceNow, Palo Alto Networks, and AMD, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Santa Clara's employer base skews heavily toward established semiconductor firms, hyperscale cloud providers, and enterprise software companies with dedicated AI product divisions, meaning openings often come with mature product organizations and cross-functional AI teams.
Are there remote ai product engineer jobs in Santa Clara?
Yes, though many roles require some on-site presence given the hardware and cross-functional collaboration demands common in Santa Clara's semiconductor and infrastructure sectors. About 83% of ai product engineer openings tied to Santa Clara are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with remote flexibility most common in the software and enterprise AI segments of the market rather than chip or systems-level roles.
How can I get a ai product engineer job in Santa Clara with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Santa Clara is through associate product manager or technical program coordinator roles at mid-size enterprise AI or cloud infrastructure companies, which often promote from within into ai product engineer tracks. Companies in the Great America Parkway corridor and around Intel's Santa Clara campus frequently hire candidates from local community college transfer programs or bootcamp cohorts for junior AI tooling and data pipeline roles as a starting point.
Which industries hire the most ai product engineers in Santa Clara?
