Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
As the SAP Supply Chain Analytics Lead, you will serve as the technical driver behind Everpure's digital transformation ecosystem, turning complex global operational data into decisive business action. Operating at an Individual Contributor level, you will architect scalable data models and analytics applications that bridge the gap between core SAP S/4HANA transactional systems and modern cloud intelligence platforms. In close collaboration with leaders across eight supply chain sub-departments, your mission is to eliminate operational blind spots, accelerate decision-making, and optimize global planning, procurement, and logistics capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architect Enterprise Supply Chain Data Models: Determine the optimal methods and procedures to conceptualize, build, and maintain multi-dimensional data models across SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere, unifying complex demand planning, inventory, warehousing, and transportation workflows into scalable analytics assets.
Modernize Cloud Analytics Infrastructure: Lead the transition of legacy data pipelines to modern cloud architectures (such as SAP Datasphere, Databricks, or Snowflake), establishing seamless data flows between SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and IBP to ensure peak platform reliability and performance.
Deliver Strategic BI Products & Dashboards: Design and deploy end-to-end analytical applications, executive scorecards, and operational KPIs that give business leaders real-time visibility into supplier challenges, forecasting accuracy, and fulfillment bottlenecks.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate complex business requests from diverse functional stakeholders into unified technical roadmaps, aligning engineering squads and supply chain sub-departments around standardized metrics and governance practices.
Resolve High-Impact System Challenges: Perform root-cause analysis on complex integration barriers spanning core SAP modules (MM, PP, SD), applying innovative problem-solving to improve data accessibility, reporting velocity, and operational scalability.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
Advanced SAP Analytics Expertise: Deep technical mastery in configuring and deploying end-to-end data products using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), or SAP Business Data Cloud.
End-to-End Supply Chain Domain Knowledge: Broad functional understanding of core supply chain processes—including demand and supply planning, Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Configure-to-Order (CTO) scenarios—to effectively model enterprise data.
Systems Integration & Modern Architecture Savvy: Proven success connecting core ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP) with advanced cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) using SAP Activate and Agile frameworks.
Consultative Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of translating intricate data architecture concepts into compelling strategic recommendations for non-technical executives.

How do I get a analytics lead job in San Francisco?
Target San Francisco's densest hiring pockets: enterprise software and data infrastructure companies in SoMa, consumer fintech firms in the Financial District, and biotech and health-tech employers in Mission Bay and the Dogpatch. Candidates who stand out locally combine hands-on experience with tools like dbt, Looker, or Databricks, a demonstrated record of translating analysis into product or business decisions, and familiarity with the cross-functional, fast-iteration culture common at San Francisco technology companies.
Which companies hire analytics leads in San Francisco?
Employers hiring analytics leads in San Francisco right now include Lyft, ProcDNA, and Udemy, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The local market skews heavily toward technology platforms, consumer fintech companies, and early-to-growth-stage startups, many of which maintain their analytics functions in-city even as other teams distribute.
Are there remote analytics lead jobs in San Francisco?
Yes, though most analytics lead roles require meaningful collaboration with product and engineering teams, so fully remote positions are less common than hybrid ones. About 100% of analytics lead openings tied to San Francisco are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting broader flexibility at technology-forward employers. Strategic and reporting-heavy responsibilities tend to be the most accommodating of remote work, while stakeholder-facing and roadmap work typically draws people on-site.
How can I get a analytics lead job in San Francisco with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in San Francisco is moving up from an analyst or senior analyst role at a local technology company or fintech startup, where small teams give junior staff early exposure to cross-functional projects. Employers in Mission Bay's life sciences corridor and SoMa's growth-stage startups routinely promote from within. Building a portfolio of self-initiated projects, contributing to open-source data tooling, and attending local data meetups in San Francisco accelerates visibility with hiring managers who rely on referrals heavily.
Which industries hire the most analytics leads in San Francisco?
The sectors hiring the most analytics leads in San Francisco are Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. San Francisco's concentration of venture-backed technology companies and regulated fintech platforms creates unusually dense demand for analytics leadership relative to most other U.S. cities.
