Overview: Supports the mission of the organization as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the provision of the highest quality healthcare to include individualized patient and family-centered, holistic and supportive care in a safe and caring environment. This position provides patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care and interaction to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment with assistance from other healthcare members. This person functions as a member of the therapeutic team as designed by the policies and procedures of Piedmont Behavioral Health.

Qualifications
Education:
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health sciences Preferred
Work Experience:
- No experience required Required
- Experience in Behavioral health and/or addictive disease Preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
- Crisis Prevention within 60 Days Required
