The Behavioral Health Workforce / Training Program Supervisor will:
Oversee Behavioral Health Training activities, including the following:
Behavioral Health (BH) program training and staff;
Provide assistance to Behavioral Health providers in need of BH training;
Implementation and oversight of Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment Trainings for all eligible providers to include providers supporting the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA).
Provide direction in the oversight of budget, grants and contracts and develop and direct program activities;
Interpret federal grant requirements, establish goals, set priorities and expected outcomes;
Provide oversight and decision-making authority for over funding streams.

Developing goals, directing activities and allocating resources;
Leading staff and Behavioral Health (BH) training projects;
Participating in outreach events, public education presentations, and training activities;

Managing activities for contracting budgeting, invoicing, and data outputs.
