Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming environment.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, plan options, and accessories.
• Assist customers with selecting suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories based on their needs.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase store sales.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt processing.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about phone etiquette, billing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Support inventory management through stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.

Skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably within electronics or grocery stores.
• Strong POS skills with familiarity in cash handling, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead team members during shifts is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently.
• Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
