Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Corporate building. Responsible for picking up and/or delivering items between the Corporate building, the local properties, and the warehouses as needed. Assist departments with various needs as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and appropriate supplies of assigned areas including but not limited to break rooms, public areas, and restrooms by removing trash, cleaning counters, tables, mirrors, etc., and restocking supplies as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time during a normal shift.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Other physical requirements include but are not limited to sitting, reaching, kneeling, and bending.
- Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
