Business Planning Team (Business Analyst) Assistant Manager [기획팀]

This role focuses on driving business insights through sales KPI analysis rather than traditional financial reporting.

Job Overview:

• Develop, monitor, and analyze sales and operational KPIs to support business performance management
• Monthly/Quarterly reports
• Track and interpret key metrics such as account growth, retention, churn, re-rental, and sales productivity
• Identify trends, patterns, and root causes of performance changes and provide actionable insights to management
• Support forecasting and planning activities based on sales data and business trends
• Build and maintain dashboards (Excel / BI tools) to enhance visibility of business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align KPI definitions and improve data accuracy
• Assist in financial analysis with focus on linking business KPIs to financial outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a comparable analytically focused discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, etc.) and PowerPoint skills
• Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver data-driven conclusions
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
• Experience in sales data analysis, KPI tracking, or forecasting preferred
• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus
• Understanding of financial concepts (P&L) is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
