Responsibilities:

As a GM Certified Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our service operation diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with precision and pride:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Utilize the latest tools, technology, and service information to deliver accurate and efficient results
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Specialists to ensure seamless service for internal and external customers
• Document all work performed with accuracy and attention to detail
• Stay up to date on GM certifications, training, and evolving technologies
• Contribute to a team environment focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• ASE Certification preferred
• 3+ years of Service Technician experience required
• A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
• Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
