Live Your Life Integrated Health is an established multidisciplinary practice serving Erie and the surrounding community for more than 8 years. Our team includes chiropractic, functional medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, dry needling, and other services focused on helping our patients feel and function their best.

We’re passionate about helping people understand their bodies, improve how they function, and get back to actually living their lives. We want another chiropractor who feels the same way and is excited to share the benefits of chiropractic care with our community.

Our Ideal Candidate

Of course, you need to be a licensed chiropractor or eligible for Colorado licensure, but credentials alone are not going to make someone the right fit for our office.

Personality, attitude, and passion matter enormously to us.

Why This Role Is Different

You won’t be stepping into someone else’s finished practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to build something that feels like your own practice within an established one.

As you build a successful patient base, we want you to have room to shape how you practice. That can include the chiropractic techniques you use, the modalities you incorporate, the types of patients you love working with, how you educate your patients, and the areas of care you want to become known for.

We don’t want every chiropractor here to practice exactly the same way. We care about excellent patient care, strong communication, ethical recommendations, and a great patient experience. Within those standards, we want you to bring your own strengths, interests, personality, techniques, and clinical style.

The difference is that you won’t have to build everything around that practice by yourself.

You’ll have an established office, administrative team, scheduling and billing systems, marketing support, referrals, other healthcare practitioners to collaborate with, and a team that genuinely wants to help you succeed.

So while this is an employee position, our goal is for the right person to eventually feel a real sense of ownership over the practice they build here. You get to build the patient base, reputation, clinical style, and areas of expertise that feel like you. We provide the infrastructure and support behind it.

About the Position

This is a part-time growth position with the opportunity to expand as your patient base grows.

Most new chiropractors begin around 12–16 patient-facing hours per week so you aren’t sitting in the office waiting for a schedule to fill. As your patient base grows, we are happy to expand your hours toward 22+ patient-care hours per week.

You will be joining an established practice with:

· A healthy flow of new patients

· A strong reputation in the community

· Consistent patient and practitioner referrals

· Multiple complementary services under one roof

· Marketing and community outreach support

· A strong administrative team handling scheduling, billing, insurance, and patient communication

· Existing systems for rebooking, follow-up, and patient experience

· Other chiropractors and practitioners to collaborate and cross-refer with

We will actively help you grow, and we’re looking for someone who is equally excited to take an active role in building their practice.

What You’ll Do

Your initial focus will be clinical care and building a successful patient base.

You will:

· Evaluate new patients and help them feel understood, educated, and confident in their care

· Provide excellent follow-up chiropractic care

· Help patients understand chiropractic care, their bodies, and how consistent care may help them reach their goals

· Clearly communicate recommendations, progress, goals, and what comes next

· Build strong patient relationships that encourage appropriate follow-through

· Maintain timely, accurate documentation

· Collaborate with our chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, functional medicine, and administrative teams

· Help create an exceptional, positive patient experience

· Take an active role in building a healthy, sustainable patient schedule

· Participate in community outreach, workshops, networking, or marketing when appropriate

We want you to have autonomy in how you practice while still being part of a collaborative team with shared standards for excellent patient care, communication, ethics, and experience.

Compensation

This position uses a performance-based compensation structure designed so that your income grows as your practice grows.

Compensation: 30% of collections plus performance bonuses.

Once established, a chiropractor with a consistently full 12–16 patient-care-hour schedule can reasonably earn approximately $37,000–$52,000 annually, with additional earning potential as their patient base grows and substantial bonus potential as their schedule expands toward 22+ patient-care hours per week.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward growth over time, with performance bonuses and opportunities for an increased collection percentage as consistent performance and other benchmarks are achieved.

A Real Path to Leadership

We are especially interested in someone who eventually wants more responsibility than simply maintaining their own patient schedule.

Over your first one to two years, we will get to know how you practice, communicate, work with the team, handle feedback, retain patients, and contribute to the growth of the office.

For the right person, opportunities may eventually include:

· Mentoring or supporting other practitioners

· Supporting practitioner onboarding and training

· Helping improve clinical and patient-experience systems

· Participating in growth and expansion decisions

· Helping develop programs, workshops, or community outreach

· Taking on additional responsibility at one of our locations

Additional leadership responsibilities would come with additional compensation and would be clearly defined before being added to your role.

We are not looking to hand someone a leadership title before they have had the opportunity to earn the trust of the team. We are looking for someone who would be excited to grow into it.
