Do you value rehab and manual therapy as part of your treatment approach but are frustrated that no job opportunity actually lets you practice that way?
Do you love to learn and are committed to being part of a TEAM?
Are you able to connect and engage with people on a personal level?
We are a fast-growing chiropractic and rehab-based clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona — 100% out of network, cash-pay, no insurance. We've grown from 0 patients to fully booked in just 2 years.
We are not your typical chiropractic practice, running from treatment room to treatment room. We schedule one hour with each patient, giving us time to do manual therapy, rehab, and strength training. We do this because we believe this is THE model for true patient-centered care.
Our treatment philosophy has been inspired by the following methods and people:
- Functional Movement Systems
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization
- Functional Range Release and Functional Range Conditioning
- Motion Palpation Institute
- Rehab2Performance
- CrossFit
- Prof. Stu McGill
- Dr. Craig Liebenson
- McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment
- Neurodynamics
- First Principles of Movement
We have close relationships with local performance gyms and our community network — as members, as referral partners, and as patients. Along with our own marketing, they are our referral engine.
We believe in mentorship and education and provide an immense amount of training, teaching, and coaching. You will NOT be expected to build your own caseload. We want great people first, and great doctors second.
Our patient population is specific: active adults, roughly 45–65, whose biggest fear is losing the life they've built — golf, hiking, pickleball, keeping up with their grandkids. Fitness, health, longevity, and quality of life are their top priorities, and they WANT to do the homework and exercises we suggest.
We treat athletes and lifters too, through our gym partnerships. What every one of them has in common is that they're paying out of pocket and they're serious. We don't "babysit" with e-stim and heat… we'd rather have them deadlift :)
True 'A' players love to be held accountable to high standards of performance, which means you will be given your own key objectives and outcomes. When these are met consistently, you'll experience substantial benefit.

Chiropractor Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a chiropractor in Arizona?
To practice as a chiropractor in Arizona, you must obtain a license from the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. This requires completing a Doctor of Chiropractic program at a Council on Chiropractic Education-accredited institution and passing all four parts of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners exams. You then submit an application to the Arizona Board along with proof of education, exam scores, and a background check before receiving your license.
How much do chiropractors make in Arizona?
Chiropractors in Arizona earn a median of about $100,260 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $58,470 for the lowest 10% to over $120,130 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire chiropractors in Arizona?
Employers hiring chiropractors in Arizona right now include The Joint Chiropractic, Life Time, and The Joint, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Arizona's large network of franchise wellness clinics, Banner Health-affiliated practices, and independent sports medicine groups creates a broad and varied hiring landscape across the state.
Which Arizona cities have the most chiropractor jobs?
Phoenix, Tucson, and Scottsdale are the Arizona cities with the most chiropractor openings, driven by Phoenix's role as the state's dominant population and healthcare hub, Tucson's concentration of university-affiliated clinics and Banner Health facilities, and Scottsdale's dense network of upscale wellness, sports medicine, and concierge practices catering to its active and affluent population.
Are there remote chiropractor jobs in Arizona?
Yes, but they're rare. Chiropractic is a hands-on clinical discipline that requires in-person patient care, so fully remote positions are uncommon. About 0% of chiropractor openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, and those positions typically involve telehealth consultations, case management review, or chiropractic insurance auditing rather than direct patient treatment.
How can I get hired as a chiropractor in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is an associate chiropractor role at an established Arizona group practice or franchise clinic, where new graduates work under a supervising doctor while building their caseload. The Joint Chiropractic, which is headquartered in Scottsdale, regularly hires associate-level chiropractors across its Arizona locations. Completing a preceptorship or externship during your doctoral program at an Arizona clinic strengthens your application considerably, and holding an active Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners license before you begin applying is the single credential that moves your file forward fastest.
Where can I find and apply to chiropractor jobs in Arizona?
You can find and apply to chiropractor jobs in Arizona on Migrate Mate, which lists current Arizona openings from practices and health systems across the state. Find roles that fit your specialty, experience level, and preferred location, then apply directly to the employers posting them.
