Job Overview
Ensures clients obtain maximum value from products and services by providing high-quality support and building strong working relationships. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to support service delivery and help drive adoption of data and technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise, gain client-facing experience, and contribute to impactful outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact supporting client needs and requests
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term success
- Partner with internal teams to support service delivery and resolve issues
- Monitor service performance and ensure client expectations are met
- Research and analyze client inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Participate in client meetings and support client engagements
Technical Skills & Learning
- Develop and maintain knowledge of platforms, tools, and data solutions
- Quickly learn new systems and technologies to support evolving client needs
- Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance
- Support training and onboarding for clients and internal team members
- Assist in delivering training on tools, platforms, and processes
Growth & Opportunities
- Build technical and client service expertise in a dynamic environment
- Gain exposure to data, analytics, and technology-driven solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in client service, account support, or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with data, reporting tools, or analytics is a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $73,400.00 - $183,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
