How You'll Make an Impact
As Senior Principal on the Client Success: Marketing Solutions team at Epsilon, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our paid media partners on the Starcom team. In this role, you'll bring together strategic cases and audience data solutions in support of an enterprise dining account. We're looking for a leader who can advocate for audience data across the paid media ecosystem-articulating the value of existing data, representing data collection strategies, and keeping decisions grounded in a clear understanding of the customer experience. As a member of the Client Success team, you'll drive adoption of data and technology solutions that expand data utilization for strategic planning through strong cross-functional collaboration. You will engage directly with Epsilon product and delivery teams, translate technical concepts into meaningful conversations with clients and agency partners, and drive tangible outcomes. You'll also identify and initiate workstreams that advance top-tier Epsilon People Cloud products and ensure strong associated services delivery.
What You'll Achieve
- Represent Epsilon People Cloud products and solutions today and define a clear vision for future growth by proposing new use cases, translating requirements, and shaping roadmaps and timelines.
- Build cross-functional alignment with agency partners and internal delivery leaders to enable the effective use of identity and 1P/3P data for paid media use cases with understanding of connection to CRM use cases to support a total audience profile.
- Develop and manage a technology and data activation plan that advances account objectives and drives measurable client outcomes.
- Streamline engagement delivery by improving the quality and value of identity-based audiences and increasing their effectiveness across channel partners.
- Serve as a steward of data governance-ensuring privacy, legal compliance, and appropriate use of 1P and 3P datasets across activation and measurement.
- Operate effectively in a large, multicultural, geographically dispersed, matrixed organization-navigating collaborators, priorities, and shared ownership.
- Partner closely with Campaign Operations, Product Delivery, Audience Strategy, and Analytics to ensure accurate, consistent representation of technical and data capabilities.
- Lead as a MarTech partner by orchestrating across multiple products and solutions, calibrating level of effort, expectations, and capabilities across the paid media ecosystem.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of identity-based products by working directly with delivery teams to track progress, address risks, and drive to completion.

What you'll bring with you:
- Experience working in or with Paid Media agencies and demonstrating identity data as part of the audience targeting strategies
- Working knowledge of data collection practices across the customer lifecycle and journey, including anonymous and anonymized data to enable customer insights, targeting, activation, and measurement.
- Strong executive communication skills using PowerPoint and other visual tools to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Ability to define a future-state vision and clearly map the path to achieve data and technology goals, accounting for constraints, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to support a cross-agency community focused on prospecting and engaging existing customers.

Compensation Range: USD $128,000.00 - USD $192,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
