Clinical Therapist
Location: Quincy, IL
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You’ll guide clients toward greater independence, stability, and recovery while building meaningful therapeutic relationships in a collaborative outpatient setting.
As a Clinical Therapist, you will conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and actively participate in interdisciplinary care. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while making a direct impact on the health and wellbeing of your community.

Position Perks & Benefits:

- IL LPC/LSW: $64,000–$67,000/year (based on licensure & experience)
- IL LCPC/LCSW: $68,000–$72,000/year (based on licensure & experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments in a timely manner
- Develop accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans aligned with regulatory and CARF guidelines
- Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based practices to support recovery and functional improvement
- Maintain an ongoing caseload while ensuring continuity of care for all clients
- Participate in clinical staffing and interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate care
- Work closely with insurance teams to ensure service authorization and compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required
- Active Illinois licensure required: LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW
- Must be comfortable providing telehealth services
