Job Summary:
We are seeking Lab Associate – Immunology to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA. We hire passionate innovators who drive healthcare forward through thoughtful and inclusive collaboration. What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform routine specimen analysis and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate validity of analytical data using laboratory computer system algorithms
- Identify, document, and escalate unusual results or performance errors to senior lab personnel
- Prepare buffers and solutions required for laboratory analysis
- Conduct secondary review of analytical results when qualified for applicable instruments or data types
- Manage post-analysis sample and reagent storage
- Support lab housekeeping and 6S standards while monitoring supply levels
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and support ongoing training and safety initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent OR Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology (as required by some CAP/CLIA lab locations)
- 6 months relevant lab experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable regulatory standards
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, testing methodologies, and data systems
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of laboratory principles, safety procedures, and infection control practices
- Ability to manage workflow, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure data integrity
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal teams
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

Compensation:
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $35,900.00 - $74,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
