We're seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Outpatient Clinic team. This role is in-person, delivering counseling sessions, conducting groups, and calls for someone comfortable working with mental health and co-occurring disorder populations. Responsibilities
- Review, approve, and provide oversight for treatment plans, clinical assessments, and documentation
- Serve as a clinical resource during crisis situations, providing real-time guidance and de-escalation support
- Provide direct clinical care through individual and group therapy sessions tailored to member needs
- Contribute to incident review meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and corrective action planning
- Conduct routine chart audits to ensure clinical documentation meets quality standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral health, psychology, counseling, or a related discipline
- Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting
- Must currently hold one of the following active Arizona licenses:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC, LMSW, LBSW, LAC, LAMFT, LASAC
- Familiarity with EHR systems, service planning, and compliance standards
- MUST have strong computer skills
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead clinical role
- Familiarity with AHCCCS behavioral health regulations and Arizona licensing requirements
- Experience serving SMI populations within residential or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings
- Training or expertise in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and/or CBT
