INTRODUCTION
Join our DACC Workforce & Community Engagement team to manage our dynamic community and career education programs! You’ll support our mission of engaging the community and our students in career navigation and community education.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal and External Partner Engagement – Manage division's outreach and community engagement activities by liaising with community partners and maintaining relationships with DACC and external stakeholders
- Design, develop and manage career navigation and coaching services and events for college and community including a regular series of workshops and trainings for career development
- Manage Community Education Programs
- Develop Bridge Programs for GED/HSE & ESL students to college, HS students, Middle School Students
- Manage External Room Booking Services
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 6 years of relevant experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters Degree
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Physical Effort: No or very limited physical effort required.
Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
LOCATION
Location: Doña Ana Community College
Offsite Location (if applicable): DACC Workforce Center
COMPENSATION
Target Hourly/Salary Rate: $48,332.54 - $60,415.42 (Commensurate with qualifications.)
SCHEDULE
Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)
