What You’ll Do

As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of your team’s development, performance, and culture.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Field Marketing Representatives
• Lead from the front and model successful customer engagement
• Coach team members to consistently generate high-quality customer opportunities
• Develop effective neighborhood and territory outreach strategies
• Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations
• Track KPIs and use performance data to drive improvement
• Conduct team meetings, field training, role-play, and individual coaching
• Hold team members accountable while helping them reach their potential
• Create energy, healthy competition, recognition, and momentum
• Identify and develop future leaders
• Build a culture centered around discipline, growth, accountability, and results

Who We’re Looking For

Compensation & Career Growth

$60,000–$95,000 with Base Salary commissions and Bonuses.

Compensation may include:
