We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Residential Construction Project Manager / Field Coordinator to lead and oversee residential building projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage project schedules using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
• Oversee daily on-site operations, supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications; ensure all work aligns with project requirements and regulatory codes.
• Monitor project budgets closely, controlling costs through accurate estimating, cost management practices, and proactive change order management.
• Coordinate procurement of materials using tools like HeavyBid or Construction estimating software to optimize costs and delivery timelines.
• Ensure adherence to construction regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards throughout all phases of the project.
• Maintain detailed documentation including contracts, change orders, inspection reports, and progress updates for transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders—clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors—to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress against schedules; address delays or obstacles swiftly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential or commercial construction projects with a focus on complex infrastructure or large-scale developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Prolog, or Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ProCore and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, construction plans, contracts, and technical specifications accurately.
• Extensive on-site construction experience with a solid understanding of construction regulations and safety standards.
• Skilled in project estimation, cost control, budget management, and project scheduling techniques.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction management role; excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D for infrastructure planning is a plus.
• Knowledge of contract administration processes including change orders and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to work flexible hours as needed on active job sites.
