About The Role:
We are looking for a 10x Operator and Leader to join our small, high-velocity team. In this role, you will embrace extreme ownership and real responsibility, doing whatever it takes, from managing complex regulatory filings to scaling internal infrastructure, to ensure the team wins.
We need a builder with no ego who is focused only on impact, capable of creating structure that accelerates execution rather than slowing it down. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain an environment where teams can execute fast, focus on impact, and win
- Recruit top talent and supply them with everything they need to perform at their best
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations across the company
- Own and track company KPIs, ensuring execution is aligned with business objectives
- Own all operational legal matters, contracts, permits, and regulatory interactions
- Manage grants, applications, reporting, and follow-up processes
- Own facilities management, purchasing, equipment, and operational infrastructure
- Ensure teams have the tools, systems, and resources needed to operate efficiently
- Manage and support multidisciplinary teams
- Handle procurement processes, budgets, and vendor coordination.

- Legal education required
