As Head of Retail Go-To-Market Operations, you are responsible for maintaining sales cadence for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business and strategic planning for future growth. You will primarily partner with the VP of Retail, Industry Directors, and other members of the Retail Management Group, along with cross-channel and cross-functional partners. You will ensure delivery of the business priorities for the Sector, and define and deliver strategies and programs to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency across the entire business.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $234000 - $325000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
