• End to end responsible for sales, supply and terminal and blending operations, vendor settlement management, bio-compliance and bio-criteria, inventory, logistics coordination & planning
• Drives efficiency and measurable continual improvement across the Operations organisation (productivity, cost savings, etc..)
• Ensures right team size incorporating business growth, complexity and process efficiency while delivering maximum commercial value regionally.
• Team leadership and management: attention to team wellbeing and capability development, inspires continual improvement, manages performance, sets goals and action plans aligned with strategy and ensures execution
• Liaises with operational excellence team and peers on best in class processes, KPIs and implementation
• Proactively leads regional development, competence growth and commercial initiatives
• Exhibits a strong commitment to safety: strengthens safety culture, promotes safety leadership principles and acts as an daily safety example
• Leads team according to Neste leadership model and inspires team to achieve best customer/supplier experience in an efficient way, while following global processes
  
  

• Degree in business, logistics, or similar studies, and/or equivalent years of relevant experience in the petroleum or renewable industry
• Experience in a senior position in operations, logistics or international commodities leading multifunctional teams
• Aligned with Neste values and safety-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English, written and oral; other languages an asset
• Business and result oriented
• Proven leadership and change management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt in changing situations
• Flexible, responsible, proactive and independent approach to work
• Strong cross-functional communication, collaboration and relationship management skills along an ability to interact positively in an international environment
• General ERP system knowledge; Google office products and Salesforce a plus
