This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Advisor based in the Orange County/Los Angeles, CA area. The Benefits Advisor will work with businesses and employees to identify and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Responsibilities include educating clients on benefit options, managing existing accounts, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, and supporting training initiatives for employees on Aflac policies.
