What you'll do as a Campus Recruiter at Akuna:
Akuna is seeking a highly organized and driven Campus Recruiter to take ownership of our university recruiting efforts across one of our key business areas. You will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent while helping to shape Akuna's ongoing campus recruiting strategy.
The Recruitment Team is highly dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences, hiring top talent, and partnering closely with firm leadership to meet evolving hiring needs. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact on our campus programs through strategic input and hands-on execution. In this role, you will:
- Own and execute end-to-end campus recruiting strategies for intern and junior hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build interview plans, and align on talent strategy
- Manage candidate pipelines across all stages, ensuring an efficient process and strong candidate experience
- Use data and metrics to track performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve recruiting outcomes
- Plan and execute campus engagement strategies, including events, partnerships, and innovative recruiting initiatives
- Represent Akuna externally and build strong relationships with university stakeholders and candidates
- Lead coordination of interview processes, including Super Days and final rounds, in partnership with recruiting coordinators
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clarity, updates, and guidance throughout the hiring process

In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act, the minimum base salary starts at $80,000. Exact compensation offered may vary based on many factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set. This role is also eligible for a discretionary performance bonus as part of the total compensation package and includes a comprehensive benefits package that may encompass employer-paid medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, paid time off, and other benefits.
