Target Corporate and Design Roles
Arhaus's visa sponsorship activity tends to concentrate in specialized corporate functions rather than store-level retail. Focus your search on roles in design, merchandising, technology, or operations where specialized skills justify the sponsorship investment.
Understand Arhaus's Selective Sponsorship Approach
Arhaus sponsors visas on a case-by-case basis rather than at high volume. Frame your application around skills that are genuinely hard to source domestically, giving the hiring team a clear business case for pursuing sponsorship on your behalf.
Highlight Specialty Occupation Qualifications
H-1B eligibility requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. For a retail company like Arhaus, roles in data analytics, finance, or product development are stronger fits than general retail management positions when making this case.
Use OPT or CPT to Build an Internal Track Record
Arhaus sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, which can be a strategic entry point. Joining through OPT gives you time to demonstrate your value before your employer considers committing to a full H-1B sponsorship.
Apply Early Ahead of the H-1B Cap Cycle
H-1B registrations open each March for an October start date. If you're targeting Arhaus for full-time sponsorship, start conversations with their recruiting team well before January so the role can be scoped and approved in time.
Find Open Roles Through Migrate Mate
Arhaus postings can be easy to miss on general job sites. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors filtered by real sponsorship history, so you can quickly identify whether Arhaus has active openings that align with your visa type and background.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Arhaus sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Arhaus sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of filing H-1B petitions, though it does so selectively rather than at high volume. Sponsorship tends to be reserved for specialized roles where the candidate's qualifications are difficult to replicate in the domestic labor market, so a strong skills match is essential.
Which visa types does Arhaus sponsor?
Arhaus sponsors H-1B visas along with F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students and recent graduates. TN visas are also supported, making Arhaus an option for qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals working in eligible specialty occupation categories within the retail and corporate environment.
Which departments or roles at Arhaus are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Arhaus is most commonly associated with roles that require specialized expertise, such as positions in technology, data, finance, product development, or interior design. Store-level retail associate roles are generally not sponsored. Candidates with a degree closely matched to the job function will have the strongest case for H-1B eligibility.
How do I find visa-sponsored job openings at Arhaus?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Arhaus roles that are open to visa sponsorship. It filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you can see whether Arhaus is actively hiring for positions that match your visa type without sifting through listings that don't lead anywhere.
How do I approach the application process at Arhaus as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status early in the process. Arhaus evaluates sponsorship on a role-by-role basis, so making the business case clear from the start helps. If you're currently on OPT or CPT, lead with that, as it reduces the immediate burden on the employer and gives you time to prove your fit before H-1B sponsorship becomes necessary.
