Target roles in engineering and technical consulting
Audubon Companies operates primarily in engineering and technical consulting. Roles in these disciplines are most aligned with the Green Card sponsorship pathways the company has historically supported, so focus your applications there for the strongest sponsorship fit.
Understand that Green Card sponsorship is the primary pathway
Audubon Companies focuses its sponsorship activity on permanent residency rather than nonimmigrant work visas. If you hold F-1 OPT or TN status and are looking for an employer willing to sponsor long-term, this sponsorship profile is worth noting early in conversations.
Ask about EB-2 and EB-3 eligibility during interviews
The company sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. Understanding which applies to your role and experience level before your interview helps you ask informed questions about the sponsorship timeline and PERM labor certification process.
Leverage your F-1 OPT or TN status as a bridge
Audubon Companies has sponsored candidates on F-1 OPT, CPT, and TN status. If you hold one of these, you may be able to join the company, demonstrate your value, and then pursue permanent residency sponsorship through the EB-2 or EB-3 pathway.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Not every consulting firm sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm Audubon Companies matches your visa category before investing time in the application process.
Prepare for a longer sponsorship timeline in consulting
Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification in professional services can take two or more years from initiation to approval. Going in with realistic timeline expectations and understanding the EB-2 versus EB-3 process helps you plan your immigration status accordingly.
