Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Batska operates in Construction and Real Estate, where roles like project engineers, estimators, and BIM specialists commonly qualify as H-1B specialty occupations. Lead with your technical credentials and degree field to show your role meets the bar.
Demonstrate direct industry experience in your application
Construction and Real Estate firms prioritize candidates who understand project cycles, compliance requirements, and field operations. Highlight domain-specific experience prominently, generalist profiles are less likely to move forward at a specialty consulting firm like Batska.
Reach out early given H-1B cap timelines
H-1B cap filings happen once a year in March, with employment starting October 1. Contact Batska well in advance, ideally in the preceding fall or winter, so there's time to prepare the petition before the registration window opens.
Position yourself as a long-term contributor, not a short-term hire
Smaller consulting firms weigh sponsorship costs carefully. Frame your value in terms of project continuity, specialized expertise, and long-term contribution to Batska's client work, not just immediate availability.
Research Batska's active project types before applying
Understanding whether Batska focuses on commercial construction, real estate development, or infrastructure consulting helps you tailor your resume and cover letter. Specific project alignment signals genuine interest and reduces perceived risk for a sponsoring employer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Batska Consulting Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Batska Consulting Group sponsors H-1B visas for qualified international professionals. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in Construction and Real Estate roles that meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard, typically positions requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as engineering, architecture, or construction management.
What types of roles does Batska Consulting Group typically sponsor?
Batska's sponsorship history is rooted in Construction and Real Estate consulting, so roles in project management, engineering, cost estimation, and technical consulting are the most likely candidates for H-1B support. Positions that require specialized degree-level knowledge and contribute directly to client project delivery are the strongest fit for sponsorship consideration.
How do I know if Batska Consulting Group is actively hiring sponsored roles right now?
Sponsorship activity at firms like Batska can shift with project pipelines and client demand. The most reliable approach is to check current openings directly and confirm sponsorship willingness during initial outreach. Migrate Mate aggregates job listings from verified H-1B sponsors, making it straightforward to see whether Batska has active roles that match your background.
What does the H-1B application timeline look like if Batska Consulting Group offers me a role?
If Batska extends an offer outside the cap-exempt window, your employer must register you in the H-1B lottery in March. If selected, they file the full petition by June, and your employment start date would be October 1. The full process from offer to authorization typically spans six to nine months, so starting conversations with Batska early in the calendar year is strongly advisable.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored at Batska Consulting Group?
Batska is a consulting firm in a technical industry, so the strongest applicants pair a relevant degree with demonstrated project experience. Tailor your application to show direct alignment with Construction or Real Estate workflows, emphasize long-term career intent, and be upfront about your visa situation early in the process. Smaller consulting firms appreciate candidates who reduce uncertainty around sponsorship logistics.
