The MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive direction, completion, and financial success of projects, while managing relationships with both owners and subcontractors. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expert understanding of MEP Construction Drawings and Documentation.
- Interpret MEP construction plans, technical specifications, and submission requirements with the ability to identify potential coordination issues or scope gaps.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define MEP scope and determine optimal delivery methods, including phasing plans for occupied facilities.
