Verify Your CCC Credentials Before Applying
BAYADA requires a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA. If your CCC is pending, confirm your Clinical Fellowship timeline so you can present a clear credentialing roadmap when you interview.
Target BAYADA's Home Health Divisions Directly
BAYADA operates distinct practice divisions for home health, pediatrics, and hospice. Speech Language Pathology openings appear most frequently in home health and pediatric divisions, so filter your search by those practice areas to find active sponsorship-eligible postings.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Sponsorship-Confirmed Roles
Not every BAYADA job posting signals visa sponsorship willingness upfront. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Speech Language Pathology positions at BAYADA that have a documented sponsorship history, saving you time on applications unlikely to move forward.
Clarify TN Eligibility for Canadian and Mexican Applicants
Speech-Language Pathologist is a listed TN profession under USMCA. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, confirm with BAYADA's HR team early that they'll support TN classification, since the filing is employer-assisted but requires no USCIS petition.
Align Your OPT Start Date With BAYADA's Onboarding Cycle
BAYADA's home health branches onboard clinicians on a rolling basis, but credentialing and state license verification can add four to six weeks. Request your F-1 OPT start date from your DSO with enough buffer so your work authorization is active before your first patient visit.
Prepare a License Portability Plan for Multi-State Roles
BAYADA operates in multiple states and sometimes asks SLPs to cover adjacent territories. Before your offer stage, identify which states you're currently licensed in and whether your home state participates in the ASLP-IC interstate compact, since USCIS and DOL filings are tied to a specific work location.

Find Speech Language Pathology at BAYADA Home Health Care JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does BAYADA Home Health Care sponsor H-1B visas for Speech Language Pathologists?
Yes, BAYADA Home Health Care has sponsored H-1B visas for Speech Language Pathologists. Because H-1B sponsorship is tied to a specific job site and prevailing wage level, BAYADA's HR and legal team will file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS. Sponsorship availability can vary by division and state, so confirm with the recruiting team during your initial conversation.
How do I apply for Speech Language Pathology jobs at BAYADA Home Health Care?
You can browse open Speech Language Pathology positions at BAYADA directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles with a documented sponsorship track record. When you apply, lead with your ASHA CCC status, active state license, and visa classification so the recruiting team can route your application to the correct division and assess sponsorship eligibility from the start.
Which visa types does BAYADA Home Health Care commonly support for Speech Language Pathology roles?
BAYADA has supported H-1B sponsorship and has also hired Speech Language Pathologists on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for clinical placements. Canadian and Mexican nationals may be eligible for TN status, which is faster to obtain than an H-1B and requires no lottery. The right visa depends on your citizenship, degree level, and how quickly you need to start work.
What qualifications does BAYADA Home Health Care expect for Speech Language Pathology positions?
BAYADA typically requires a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current or pending ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, and an active state license in the state where you'll practice. Home health experience is preferred but not always required. International applicants should also have their foreign credentials evaluated by a NACES-recognized agency if their degree was earned outside the United States.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at a company like BAYADA?
From offer acceptance to approved H-1B status, the timeline typically runs four to six months under standard processing, or as few as two to three weeks with USCIS premium processing. BAYADA must first obtain a certified Labor Condition Application from the DOL, which generally takes seven business days, before the H-1B petition can be filed. Cap-subject H-1B filings are only accepted in early April each year, so timing your offer around that window matters.
