Responsibilities:
- Process high volume of daily and weekly settlements for owner-operators, agents and brokerage carriers
- Setup, audit, and review recurring deductions and unit accounting history
- Provide customer service in a call center environment, answering questions on completed settlements and first level inquiries concerning received paperwork and status of settlements in process
- Assist in preparation of month-end reports
- Assist the settlements manager with any special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent, College Degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service setting
- Good problem solving skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent task organization skills and ability to multitask
- Above average numeracy/mental math skills
- Data entry skills 8000+kph or 40 wpm minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred
- Direct experience in transportation/logistics is strongly preferred
