Job Roles at Clover Health Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Clover Health Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles at the intersection of technology and healthcare
Clover Health operates as a tech-enabled insurance company, so engineering, data science, and product roles are most likely to receive sponsorship support. Focus your search on positions where technical expertise is central to the job.
Canadian professionals should explore the TN visa pathway
Clover Health sponsors TN visas, which can be a faster route for eligible Canadian citizens in qualifying roles. If you hold a TN-eligible profession in data, engineering, or a related field, this pathway is worth pursuing.
Look for sponsored roles on Migrate Mate before applying directly
Clover Health does not sponsor every open position. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which roles at Clover are genuinely open to international candidates.
Prepare for a detailed hiring process given the regulated insurance industry
Health insurance companies operate in a heavily regulated environment, and hiring timelines can be longer than in pure tech. Build extra lead time into your visa application planning, especially if you're approaching an OPT expiration.

Does Clover Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Clover Health's recent immigration activity has focused on Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways rather than H-1B petitions. The company does sponsor F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, it is worth asking the recruiting team directly about their current policy during the hiring process.
What visa types does Clover Health sponsor?
Clover Health sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This makes it a viable option for international students on OPT or CPT, Canadian professionals eligible for TN status, and candidates seeking a long-term permanent residency pathway in a health technology company.
Which departments or roles at Clover Health are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Clover Health's core business sits at the intersection of data, technology, and health insurance. Roles in software engineering, data science, machine learning, and clinical analytics are most likely to qualify for sponsorship. Business and operational roles may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but technical positions represent the strongest hiring need and therefore the most consistent sponsorship activity.
How do I find open jobs at Clover Health that sponsor visas?
Not every role at Clover Health includes visa sponsorship, so searching broadly can waste time. Migrate Mate aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can filter specifically for Clover Health positions that are open to international candidates. This saves time and avoids applying to roles where sponsorship is unavailable, which is especially important if you are working against an OPT or CPT deadline.
How do I approach the application process at Clover Health as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your work authorization status early in the process. Since Clover Health operates in the regulated insurance sector, hiring timelines tend to be methodical. If you are on OPT, flag your end date upfront so the team can plan accordingly. For Green Card pathways like EB-2 or EB-3, expect a multi-stage process that typically begins after you have been employed for some time and demonstrated value in the role.
