Document your property management credentials early
EB-2 and EB-3 filings for Property Managers require detailed evidence of your qualifications. Gather your degree, any real estate or property management certifications, and employment records showing progressive responsibility in residential or multifamily housing before you apply.
Target Core Spaces communities in active markets
Core Spaces concentrates its portfolio in university-adjacent and high-growth multifamily markets. Research which cities have recently opened or expanded Core Spaces properties, then apply directly to those locations where hiring demand for Property Managers is highest.
Search open Property Manager roles through Migrate Mate
Core Spaces posts Property Manager openings across multiple markets at once. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Core Spaces roles and identify which positions are actively hiring, so you can prioritize applications where sponsorship conversations are most likely to move forward.
Understand how PERM affects your timeline
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 requires PERM labor certification from the DOL before USCIS can adjudicate your petition. This process typically takes a year or more, so raise your sponsorship needs with Core Spaces early in the offer negotiation stage.
Frame your leasing and operations experience precisely
Core Spaces looks for Property Managers who can handle resident relations, lease-up campaigns, and facilities coordination across large communities. Align your resume to those specific functions rather than general management language to pass both recruiter and hiring manager review.
Confirm sponsorship scope before accepting an offer
Some employers sponsor the initial work visa but do not commit to Green Card sponsorship until later. Clarify upfront whether Core Spaces will support both the nonimmigrant work authorization stage and the eventual PERM and immigrant petition filing for your role.

Find Property Manager at Core Spaces JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Core Spaces sponsor H-1B visas for Property Managers?
Core Spaces' documented sponsorship activity for Property Managers has focused on employment-based Green Card pathways rather than H-1B visas. Property Manager roles are generally classified under real estate operations rather than specialty occupation categories, which makes H-1B eligibility difficult to establish. If you hold H-1B status through a prior employer, confirm with Core Spaces whether they will assume sponsorship for that petition.
Which visa types are commonly used for Property Manager roles at Core Spaces?
The visa pathways Core Spaces has pursued for Property Managers fall under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card categories. EB-3 is the more common route for roles requiring a bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience. EB-2 applies when the position requires an advanced degree or you can demonstrate exceptional ability in the real estate or property management field.
What qualifications does Core Spaces expect for Property Manager positions?
Core Spaces typically expects candidates to have experience managing multifamily or student housing communities, including lease-up operations, resident relations, and facilities oversight. A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field strengthens your application. Familiarity with property management software and demonstrated team leadership in a high-density residential environment are practical differentiators.
How do I apply for Property Manager jobs at Core Spaces?
You can find and apply for Property Manager openings at Core Spaces through Migrate Mate, which aggregates roles from employers with a documented sponsorship history. Apply to positions in markets where Core Spaces is actively expanding its portfolio. In your application, be explicit about your work authorization status and timeline so the hiring team can assess sponsorship feasibility from the start.
How do I understand the timeline for Green Card sponsorship at Core Spaces?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves three sequential stages: PERM labor certification with the DOL, an immigrant petition filed with USCIS, and either adjustment of status or consular processing. The PERM stage alone can take one to two years. Start this conversation during the offer stage, not after you've accepted, so both you and Core Spaces can plan around realistic filing and priority date timelines.
