Frame your resume around leasing operations
Core Spaces manages student housing communities, so customer service experience in property management, leasing offices, or resident relations translates directly. Highlight resident communication, lease renewal support, and issue resolution to match the operational context they hire for.
Target roles tied to permanent residency pathways
Core Spaces has pursued EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for customer service positions. When applying, ask the recruiter whether the role is eligible for employment-based sponsorship rather than assuming all customer service openings carry the same immigration support.
Understand the PERM process before your interview
EB-3 sponsorship for customer service roles typically requires PERM labor certification through DOL, which can take a year or more. Going into interviews informed about this timeline signals seriousness and prevents surprises when the employer outlines the sponsorship process.
Apply to property-level roles with resident-facing duties
Core Spaces operates across multiple student housing properties and regional offices. Roles directly supporting residents, handling lease inquiries, or managing service requests at the property level are more likely to have consistent staffing needs that support longer-term immigration sponsorship.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Customer Service roles at Core Spaces
Core Spaces posts customer service openings across multiple locations and they move quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Core Spaces roles tagged with visa sponsorship so you can identify and apply to the positions most relevant to your immigration situation.
Secure your work authorization documentation before offer stage
Core Spaces, like most real estate operators, uses E-Verify for employment eligibility. Have your current visa documents, I-94 record, and any existing work authorization ready before an offer is extended so the onboarding process is not delayed by documentation gaps.

Find Customer Service at Core Spaces JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Core Spaces sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service roles?
Core Spaces' documented sponsorship activity for Customer Service positions has been through employment-based Green Card categories rather than H-1B visas. H-1B sponsorship typically requires a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree field, which customer service roles do not consistently meet. If you're on an H-1B through a prior employer, you'd likely need a different pathway for this function.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Service roles at Core Spaces?
Core Spaces has sponsored Customer Service employees through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, which lead to permanent residency rather than temporary work authorization. EB-3 is the most common route for this type of role, as it covers workers in positions that require less than two years of training. The process runs through DOL's PERM labor certification before USCIS adjudication.
What qualifications or experience does Core Spaces look for in Customer Service candidates?
Core Spaces operates student housing communities, so relevant experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality-style resident relations is valued. Familiarity with CRM platforms, lease administration, and handling high-volume resident inquiries puts you in a stronger position. Customer service roles here are operationally focused, so demonstrating experience in a real estate or multifamily housing environment is more impactful than general service background.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Core Spaces?
You can browse and apply for Customer Service roles at Core Spaces directly through Migrate Mate, which filters for positions with visa sponsorship so you can confirm immigration support before applying. Core Spaces posts across multiple student housing properties and corporate functions, so filtering by sponsorship type helps you focus on roles where your immigration situation is a fit.
How do I plan my timeline if Core Spaces offers Green Card sponsorship for a Customer Service role?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-3 involves PERM labor certification with DOL, which typically takes 12 to 18 months before the I-140 petition is filed with USCIS. If you're from a backlogged country such as India, additional wait times apply based on priority date movement. Starting the conversation with your hiring manager and HR early in the onboarding process helps set realistic expectations and avoids gaps in your work authorization during the process.
