Tailor your portfolio to property marketing
Core Spaces operates student housing communities, so campaigns you've run for residential leasing, property launches, or occupancy-driven marketing carry more weight than general brand work. Reframe your experience around metrics like lease conversions and community engagement before you apply.
Research which Marketing roles recur
Core Spaces posts roles across digital marketing, brand, and leasing support. Identifying which functions appear repeatedly signals where the team is growing and where a sponsored hire is more likely to clear internal approval than a one-off backfill.
Align your degree field to the role description
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires your degree to connect directly to the job. For Marketing roles at a real estate company, a degree in marketing, communications, or business satisfies that link. A degree in an unrelated field complicates PERM documentation for your employer.
Raise sponsorship clearly in final-round conversations
Real estate companies like Core Spaces typically run lean HR teams. Waiting until an offer is drafted to mention visa needs can stall the process. Confirm the company is prepared to file PERM and an immigrant petition before you negotiate terms.
Understand the PERM timeline before you accept
DOL's PERM labor certification for EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship can take six months to over a year before USCIS even sees your petition. Build that timeline into your decision, especially if you're currently on OPT or another nonimmigrant status with a fixed expiration.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring employers
Not every real estate company that posts Marketing roles is set up to sponsor immigration. Use Migrate Mate to surface employers in the Construction and Real Estate sector with confirmed sponsorship history so you focus your applications where approval pathways actually exist.

Find Marketing at Core Spaces JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Core Spaces sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Core Spaces' documented sponsorship activity is in the employment-based immigrant visa categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3, rather than H-1B. If you're currently on a nonimmigrant status such as OPT or H-1B through a prior employer, the more relevant question to raise with Core Spaces is whether they're positioned to support an immigrant petition rather than an H-1B transfer or cap-subject filing.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Core Spaces?
Applications go through Core Spaces' careers portal, where roles across digital, brand, and leasing marketing are listed by property region and corporate function. Before applying, confirm your credentials align with the specific role type, since EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires a direct connection between your degree and the position. Migrate Mate lists open Marketing roles at Core Spaces filtered by sponsorship history, which helps you prioritize applications.
Which visa types are commonly used for Marketing roles at Core Spaces?
Core Spaces has sponsored candidates through EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card pathways. These categories are suited to Marketing professionals with relevant bachelor's or advanced degrees. EB-2 applies to roles requiring advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers in positions that typically require at least a bachelor's degree. Both require PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor before USCIS processes the immigrant petition.
What qualifications does Core Spaces expect for sponsored Marketing roles?
Marketing positions at Core Spaces typically require a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, along with experience in campaign execution, digital channels, or leasing-focused marketing. Because Core Spaces operates in student housing and residential real estate, familiarity with occupancy marketing, property branding, or community engagement strategies strengthens your candidacy beyond the baseline degree requirements needed for sponsorship eligibility.
How do I navigate the sponsorship filing process once I have an offer?
Once Core Spaces extends an offer, the EB-2 or EB-3 process begins with PERM labor certification through the DOL, where the employer documents that no equally qualified U.S. worker was available for the role. That filing precedes your I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. The full sequence from PERM filing to visa availability can span one to several years depending on your country of birth and priority date, so confirm the employer's legal counsel is already familiar with the process before you accept.
