Align your credentials with U.S. property standards
Certifications like CPM or RPA carry weight in U.S. corporate real estate hiring. If your credentials are from outside the country, document their equivalency clearly on your resume before applying to Deloitte's facilities roles.
Target Deloitte's internal real estate team directly
Deloitte's Property Manager roles sit within its internal corporate services function, not client-facing consulting. Search for postings under facilities management or real estate operations to avoid missing relevant openings buried in broader categories.
Clarify sponsorship intent before the offer stage
Ask your Deloitte recruiter whether the specific Property Manager opening is approved for visa sponsorship before you reach the offer stage. Corporate services roles can vary by location, and not every posting at a large firm automatically qualifies.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles efficiently
Deloitte posts Property Manager openings across multiple locations and they fill quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter for sponsorship-confirmed Property Manager positions at Deloitte so you're applying to roles where your visa situation is already accounted for.

Find Property Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Property Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Property Manager roles. As one of the largest professional services firms in the U.S., Deloitte has an established immigration infrastructure and has supported H-1B sponsorship for internal corporate services functions including facilities and real estate operations. Confirm with your recruiter that the specific opening is approved for sponsorship before accepting an offer.
Which visa types does Deloitte sponsor for Property Manager roles?
Deloitte has sponsored H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Property Manager positions, and supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term employment. Australian citizens should ask specifically about the E-3, which bypasses the H-1B lottery and has a faster processing pathway through a U.S. consulate. The right visa type depends on your nationality, current status, and timeline.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Property Manager roles?
Deloitte's Property Manager openings typically require a bachelor's degree in real estate, facilities management, business, or a related field, along with hands-on experience managing commercial or corporate properties. Familiarity with lease administration, vendor management, and workplace operations is common. Professional certifications such as CPM or FMP strengthen your application, particularly for mid-to-senior level openings within Deloitte's internal real estate team.
How do I apply for Property Manager jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply through Deloitte's careers portal by searching for Property Manager or facilities management roles under their internal operations categories. For a faster and more targeted search, Migrate Mate filters Deloitte's open Property Manager positions by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you can identify which roles align with your immigration needs before investing time in the full application process.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at Deloitte for Property Managers?
The timeline depends on your visa type and current status. An H-1B transfer from another employer can take four to six weeks with premium processing. A new H-1B requires waiting for the April lottery, with an October 1 start date at earliest. An E-3 for Australian citizens can move faster, often within four to eight weeks of a job offer if processed at a U.S. consulate in Australia.
