At Crocs, Inc., every career offers a chance to make a real impact. No two journeys look the same. And that's exactly how we like it. Whether you’re welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you’re not expected to fit a mold. You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.
Overview
Crocs is seeking a Sr. Director, Head of Content Production, to lead the people, partners, systems, and production craft that bring our brand stories to life around the world.
The Global Studio is more than a production engine. It is where creative ambition becomes real, where an idea becomes an image, a film, a product story, or a digital experience that millions of consumers encounter. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Creative, this leader will shape how Crocs creates content with greater impact, consistency, speed, and imagination.
This individual will lead the full global studio ecosystem across campaign, e-commerce, video, post-production, and digital asset management. They will build the right mix of internal capabilities and external creative partners, elevate production craft, and design modern ways of working that help teams move at the pace of culture without compromising the idea or the brand.
The ideal candidate is both a creative production leader and an enterprise builder. Someone with exceptional taste, deep production fluency, and the operational vision to create a future-ready studio. This individual is encouraged to understand how to protect the creative idea and unlock talent. They should make complexity feel clear and turn investment into content that strengthens the brand and drives the business.
THE KIND OF LEADER WHO THRIVES HERE
You see production as a creative discipline, not simply a service or a handoff.
You understand how images, films, product stories, and experiences build a brand over time.
You have exceptional judgment and taste, and you know how to translate a creative vision into work that feels distinctive, relevant, and unmistakably Crocs.
You are equally energized by the big idea and the details that determine whether it lands.
You build trust across creative, marketing, product, digital, merchandising, finance, legal, and regional teams.
You lead change with clarity and empathy, helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working while raising the creative bar.
You stay curious about culture, creators, emerging technology, and new models of content creation.
At Crocs, we call that Wonderfully Unordinary.
- Lead with a studio vision by defining and delivering a global studio strategy that turns brand ambition into a modern, connected content ecosystem.
- Elevate the brand through craft by setting a high bar for photography, film, motion, e-commerce, social, and post-production so every asset strengthens the Crocs brand.
- Lead production from creative briefing and feasibility through casting, capture, post-production, localization, delivery, and archiving.
- Reimagine how content is made by integrating AI-enabled workflows, CGI, automation, real-time capture, and emerging tools with clear creative, legal, and brand standards.
- Develop scalable models that protect a strong global idea while enabling relevant, effective execution across regions, channels, and consumer moments.
- Inspire and develop producers, studio operators, post-production, and DAM and metadata teams while building clear roles, capabilities, and career paths.
- Build a high-performing network of photographers, directors, production companies, studios, post partners, talent, and specialist creators.
- Establish clear workflows, decision rights, production calendars, quality standards, and performance measures that improve speed, visibility, and accountability.
- Own and optimize a multi-million-dollar production budget, balancing efficiency with the level of craft and ambition required to grow the brand.
- Connect studio performance to creative quality, asset effectiveness, speed to market, reuse, localization, and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Product, Digital, E-commerce, Merchandising, Media, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to align ambition, resources, and delivery.
- Lead multiple high-visibility productions and team members while protecting the idea, making timely decisions, and keeping teams moving.
- Communicate studio vision, investment choices, production recommendations, and transformation plans clearly to executive leadership and external partners.
- Ensure production practices meet quality, usage-rights, accessibility, sustainability, privacy, safety, and responsible AI expectations.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least 12+ years of experience in creative production, content studios, or related roles across global brands, agencies, media, entertainment, or production companies
- At least 4+ years leading senior, multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders
- Shown success leading or redefining a volume-heavy in-house studio or global production function
- Deep expertise across campaign, fashion or lifestyle photography, film, e-commerce, social, motion, and post-production

Target corporate and technical roles first
Crocs sponsors visas primarily for professional and technical positions at its corporate offices, not retail floor roles. Focus your search on functions like product development, technology, marketing, and supply chain where sponsorship is most common.
Understand Crocs's global consumer goods context
Crocs operates in a competitive consumer retail environment where international talent in brand management, digital commerce, and data analytics is actively recruited. Aligning your background with these priorities strengthens your sponsorship case considerably.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B cap season
Crocs has a track record with H-1B sponsorship, so timing matters. If you need cap-subject H-1B support, engage with recruiters between November and February to give the company enough runway before March registration opens.
Highlight cross-market experience relevant to a global brand
Crocs sells across international markets and values employees who understand global consumer behavior. Candidates with experience in markets where Crocs operates, Asia-Pacific, Europe, or Latin America, often stand out during the hiring process.
Confirm OPT and CPT eligibility early in conversations
Crocs has experience working with F-1 students on OPT and CPT. If you're currently on F-1 status, clarify your work authorization timeline with the recruiter early so the team can plan accordingly and avoid last-minute complications.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified Crocs openings
Sponsored roles at consumer brands like Crocs aren't always easy to identify. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Crocs positions where international applicants have a genuine shot.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Crocs sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Crocs sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record and has filed H-1B petitions across multiple years, primarily for professional and technical roles at its U.S. corporate offices. If you're targeting an H-1B with Crocs, focus on roles in technology, marketing, product, and operations where sponsorship is most consistently offered.
What visa types does Crocs sponsor?
Crocs sponsors H-1B visas, employment-based Green Cards (EB-2 and EB-3), and supports F-1 students through OPT and CPT. It also sponsors TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican professionals. This range of visa types means Crocs can accommodate candidates at different stages of their U.S. immigration journey, from early-career OPT holders to longer-term Green Card applicants.
Which departments or roles at Crocs are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Crocs is concentrated in corporate functions rather than retail or warehouse operations. Roles in software engineering, data and analytics, brand and digital marketing, supply chain management, and product development are the most likely to come with sponsorship. Candidates with specialized skills in these areas have the strongest case when approaching Crocs as an international applicant.
How do I find open roles at Crocs that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates job listings from verified sponsors and lets you filter specifically for companies with a real sponsorship history like Crocs. This saves time compared to manually screening job postings that often don't disclose sponsorship eligibility upfront, and it helps you focus your applications on roles where international candidates are genuinely considered.
How do I approach the Crocs application process as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status early in the recruiter screening call, Crocs has experience with international hires and appreciates directness. If you're on OPT, communicate your expiration date clearly. If you need H-1B sponsorship, apply with enough lead time before the April cap season. Tailor your application to Crocs's consumer brand positioning and emphasize any global market experience that aligns with their international footprint.
