We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at our corporate office in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization to support hiring for corporate positions — spanning functions like Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations — as well as select production and manufacturing roles. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in both the strategic and the tactical. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build structured interview and assessment frameworks, and drive consistent candidate experiences from first contact to offer. Simultaneously, you'll be a hands-on executor, managing job postings, conducting initial screens, coordinating interviews, and keeping pipelines moving in our ATS. Daisy Brand is a privately-owned, leading manufacturer of premium sour cream, cottage cheese, and dips, with a track record of steady growth. We're looking for the right person to build on the processes already in place, shape how we hire, and grow alongside the business. Hybrid role with a few days a week remote. Training or other meetings may require additional in person days.
This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company while advancing your career in Human Resources. If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply and join our team at Daisy Brand.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
- Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria. Meet with hiring managers on regular cadence to discuss progress of openings and set expectations on deliverables.
- Conduct initial interviews to ensure the best fit for both the role and company culture.
- Maintain an engaging candidate experience, keeping applicants informed and excited about the opportunity.
Agency Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies.
- Leverage external agencies to source hard to fill and specialized roles.
- Manage flow of communication between agencies and hiring managers.
- Maintain records of all agency agreements and candidate submissions.
Employer Branding & Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations, industry associations, and various community organizations to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Support the development of employer branding materials to position the company as an employer of choice.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and other federal and state employment laws.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other systems to maintain accurate records, track metrics, and generate reports on hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency. In-house is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and best practices in hard to fill technical roles.
- Experience with ATS platforms. UKG Pro experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open requisitions across different facilities.

Target technical and operations roles
Daisy Brand's sponsorship activity in Food & Beverage tends to concentrate in technical functions like engineering, food science, and operations. Focus your applications on roles where specialized expertise is required, as these are most likely to qualify for H-1B or TN sponsorship.
Understand TN eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
Daisy Brand sponsors TN visas, which is a strong advantage for Canadian and Mexican professionals in qualifying occupations like engineering or accounting. TN processing is faster and simpler than H-1B, so highlight your nationality and role fit early in conversations.
Leverage F-1 OPT as your entry point
Daisy Brand has hired candidates on F-1 OPT, making it a realistic path for recent international graduates. Securing an OPT role first demonstrates your value before the company needs to commit to a full H-1B sponsorship cycle.
Align your background with food manufacturing needs
Daisy Brand operates large-scale dairy manufacturing facilities. Candidates with backgrounds in food science, chemical engineering, supply chain, or quality assurance are well-positioned, as these functions align directly with the company's production-driven business model.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying
Sponsorship policies aren't always disclosed in job postings. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm Daisy Brand's eligibility before investing time in the application process.
Engage with Daisy Brand's recruitment team early
For a company with selective sponsorship activity, proactive outreach matters. Contacting recruiters directly to confirm visa support before a formal application can save significant time and helps signal that you understand the sponsorship process from the outset.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Daisy Brand sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Daisy Brand does sponsor H-1B visas. Sponsorship tends to be selective rather than widespread, and is most likely concentrated in technical and specialized professional roles. If you're targeting Daisy Brand for H-1B sponsorship, focus on positions in engineering, food science, or operations where a degree-specific skill set is clearly required.
Which visa types does Daisy Brand sponsor?
Daisy Brand sponsors H-1B and TN visas, and has also hired candidates on F-1 OPT. Green Card sponsorship has not been a consistent part of their track record. TN is a strong option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles, offering a faster path than the H-1B without the lottery.
Which departments or roles at Daisy Brand are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Given Daisy Brand's focus on dairy manufacturing and distribution, the roles most likely to attract sponsorship are in technical functions: food science, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain management. Corporate functions like finance or IT may also be eligible, particularly for H-1B petitions requiring a specialized degree in a specific field.
What is the typical application and sponsorship timeline at Daisy Brand?
For H-1B sponsorship, the process is tied to USCIS's annual cap cycle. Registrations open in March and, if selected, petitions are filed by April 1 for an October 1 start date. TN visas can be processed much faster, sometimes within days at a port of entry. Starting conversations with Daisy Brand's recruiters well before your current work authorization expires is strongly recommended.
How do I find open roles at Daisy Brand that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find roles at companies with a verified sponsorship history like Daisy Brand. You can filter directly by visa type and company, so you're only seeing positions where sponsorship is actually on the table. From there, tailor your application to Daisy Brand's technical hiring needs in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
