Align your credentials to Deloitte's delivery frameworks
Deloitte's Platform Architect roles typically require experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP within a consulting delivery context. Certifications and case studies from enterprise transformation projects carry more weight than product-only experience.
Target Deloitte's technology and platform practices directly
Platform Architect openings sit across multiple Deloitte practices including Cloud Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, and SAP. Searching within practice-specific talent portals improves your targeting versus applying through the general careers page.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Platform Architect roles
Filtering by visa type and employer before applying saves time at the targeting stage. Migrate Mate surfaces Platform Architect jobs at sponsors like Deloitte so you're not manually screening hundreds of postings for immigration eligibility.
Anticipate the LCA prevailing wage requirement in offer discussions
Before USCIS approves any H-1B petition, your employer must file a Labor Condition Application certifying your salary meets the DOL prevailing wage for Platform Architects in your work location. High-cost metros like New York or San Francisco carry higher wage floors.

Find Platform Architect at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Platform Architects?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Platform Architect roles and has a well-established immigration program to support the process. Because H-1B approvals are subject to an annual lottery, timing your application around the April cap season matters. Deloitte's size and internal immigration infrastructure mean the filing process is handled in-house rather than outsourced.
How do I apply for Platform Architect jobs at Deloitte?
Applications go through Deloitte's careers portal, but roles are distributed across multiple practice areas including Cloud Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, and SAP. Filtering by practice or business unit before applying helps you land in the right pipeline. You can also browse open Platform Architect roles at Deloitte filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate.
Which visa types does Deloitte sponsor for Platform Architect roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Platform Architects, covering candidates from most countries, Singapore and Chile nationals, and Australian citizens respectively. For permanent residency, Deloitte also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification filed with DOL. Which visa applies depends on your nationality and current status.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Platform Architect roles?
Deloitte's Platform Architect positions typically require a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, which also satisfies the specialty occupation requirement for H-1B purposes. Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise platform solutions in a consulting or client-facing environment is central to the role. Cloud certifications and prior project leadership responsibility strengthen your application considerably.
How do I think about timing when targeting a Platform Architect role at Deloitte with visa sponsorship?
If you need an H-1B, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date, so securing an offer by late February gives your employer time to register and file. E-3 and H-1B1 applicants have more flexibility since those categories aren't lottery-based and can be filed year-round. For anyone on OPT, coordinating your offer acceptance with your 60-day grace period and CPT or STEM OPT expiration is critical.
