Align your credentials with consulting-specific expectations
Deloitte evaluates Revenue Enablement Managers on demonstrated experience with CRM platforms, pipeline reporting, and sales process design in a professional services context. Before applying, document specific outcomes from past roles using metrics that translate to consulting environments.
Target practice areas with consistent open headcount
Revenue Enablement roles at Deloitte cluster around its growth and commercial excellence initiatives. Search by business unit rather than just job title, since open positions are often posted under different naming conventions across Deloitte's consulting, advisory, and technology practices.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Deloitte openings by visa type
Not every Revenue Enablement Manager posting at Deloitte explicitly mentions sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to surface roles filtered by the visa types Deloitte actively files, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than guessing.
Clarify visa type early in the offer conversation
Deloitte sponsors multiple visa categories including H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3. If you hold Australian citizenship, flag E-3 eligibility directly with your recruiter since it bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely and can move faster through Deloitte's internal approval process.
Understand where H-1B timing affects your start date
If your role requires an H-1B cap-subject petition, USCIS only accepts filings in April for an October 1 start. Work backward with your Deloitte recruiter to confirm your offer timeline accounts for this window and whether premium processing is available for your petition.
Prepare for PERM-related documentation requirements
For Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3, Deloitte's legal team will initiate a PERM labor certification with DOL. You'll need to provide detailed employment history and educational credentials early, so compile official transcripts and employer verification letters before the process begins.

Find Revenue Enablement Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Revenue Enablement Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Revenue Enablement Manager roles. As one of the largest professional services firms in the U.S., Deloitte has dedicated immigration counsel and established processes for filing H-1B petitions. Because H-1B visas for new applicants are subject to an annual lottery, your timeline will depend on when you receive an offer relative to USCIS filing windows.
How do I apply for Revenue Enablement Manager jobs at Deloitte?
Apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal, where Revenue Enablement Manager roles are posted by practice area and location. Tailor your application to emphasize go-to-market strategy, CRM operations, and sales enablement experience relevant to consulting. You can also use Migrate Mate to browse verified Deloitte postings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility before submitting your application.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Revenue Enablement Managers?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for this role type, along with Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3. Australian citizens can request E-3 sponsorship, which avoids the H-1B lottery and has a dedicated annual allocation that has never been exhausted. Chilean and Singaporean nationals may qualify for the H-1B1, which follows a similar cap-exempt structure.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Revenue Enablement Manager candidates?
Deloitte typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in sales operations, revenue analytics, or go-to-market strategy. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is consistently relevant across postings. Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment, even in a client-facing capacity, strengthens an application considerably.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take once Deloitte extends an offer?
For E-3 and H-1B1 visas, the process typically moves within a few weeks once Deloitte's legal team files the Labor Condition Application with DOL. H-1B petitions take longer due to the April lottery and an October 1 start date. USCIS premium processing, which expedites adjudication to 15 business days, is available for certain petition types and is sometimes offered by large employers for critical roles.
