Frame Your Sales Enablement Credentials Precisely
Revenue Enablement Manager roles at Groundworks sit at the intersection of field sales operations and revenue strategy. Tailor your resume to show experience with CRM adoption, sales process design, and enablement metrics rather than generic sales support work.
Target Groundworks Openings Across Multiple Markets
Groundworks operates across dozens of regional markets in facilities and property services. Applying to multiple location-specific postings increases your visibility, since hiring decisions often originate at the regional level before escalating to corporate HR.
Clarify Visa Type Early in Recruiter Conversations
Groundworks sponsors H-2B visas for certain roles, but Revenue Enablement Manager positions typically require a specialty occupation classification. Confirm with the recruiter whether an H-1B or an alternative nonimmigrant category applies before advancing through multiple interview rounds.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Groundworks Postings
Revenue Enablement Manager openings at Groundworks can appear and fill quickly across its regional structure. Search Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Groundworks roles that are open to visa sponsorship so you are not reviewing listings that exclude international candidates.
Prepare for a DOL Prevailing Wage Requirement Discussion
If your offer leads to an H-1B petition, your employer must file a Labor Condition Application certifying your wage meets the DOL prevailing wage for the role and location. Knowing this process helps you negotiate compensation without inadvertently undercutting the LCA compliance threshold.
Align Your Start Date with H-1B Cap Timelines
If your path requires a cap-subject H-1B, registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. Build your interview and offer timeline with Groundworks backward from that window so your petition is ready to file the moment registration closes.

Find Revenue Enablement Manager at Groundworks JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Groundworks sponsor H-1B visas for Revenue Enablement Managers?
Groundworks has sponsored work visas for roles in its operations, but its primary documented sponsorship activity involves H-2B classifications tied to seasonal labor needs. For a Revenue Enablement Manager position, which qualifies as a specialty occupation, you should ask the recruiter directly whether H-1B sponsorship is available for that specific opening, since sponsorship decisions often vary by role level and hiring region.
Which visa types are commonly used for Revenue Enablement Manager roles at Groundworks?
Revenue Enablement Manager positions typically require a specialty occupation visa, most commonly the H-1B, given the degree-level qualifications and analytical responsibilities involved. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, a TN visa under the USMCA may also apply for management analyst or similar categories. Confirm the classification with the hiring team early, since the visa type determines the filing timeline and employer obligations.
What qualifications and experience does Groundworks expect for Revenue Enablement Manager roles?
Groundworks operates a field-intensive, regionally distributed business, so Revenue Enablement Manager candidates are generally expected to bring experience in sales process design, CRM implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with field sales teams. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is standard. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue metrics in a services or property-related environment strengthens your application considerably.
How do I apply for Revenue Enablement Manager jobs at Groundworks?
You can find active Revenue Enablement Manager openings at Groundworks through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by visa sponsorship availability so you see only roles where international candidates are eligible. Apply directly through the posting, and in your cover letter or initial outreach note your visa status clearly. Groundworks hires across multiple regional markets, so checking for openings in more than one location improves your odds.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take if Groundworks extends an offer?
For an H-1B petition, your employer files Form I-129 with USCIS after receiving a certified Labor Condition Application from the DOL, which typically takes seven to ten business days. Standard USCIS adjudication runs three to six months, though premium processing can reduce that to 15 business days. If you need an October 1 start date under the annual cap, the full timeline from offer to work authorization spans roughly six to eight months.
