Frame your enablement experience around revenue outcomes
DoorDash evaluates Revenue Enablement Managers on measurable sales impact, not process management. Before applying, reframe your resume around pipeline metrics, ramp time improvements, or quota attainment lifts you directly influenced. Vague enablement experience won't clear their bar.
Target roles tied to DoorDash's merchant or ads business
DoorDash's fastest-growing enablement needs are in its merchant solutions and DoorDash Ads verticals. Applications positioned around B2B sales enablement for marketplace or advertising products align more closely with their current org priorities than consumer-side roles.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
Revenue Enablement Manager is a specialty occupation under USCIS criteria, which supports H-1B eligibility, but your specific degree field must map to the role. Confirm that alignment with an immigration attorney before you reach offer negotiations, not after.
Use Migrate Mate to filter DoorDash openings by visa type
DoorDash posts Revenue Enablement Manager roles across multiple teams with varying sponsorship scopes. Use Migrate Mate to filter active DoorDash openings by the visa categories relevant to your situation so you're applying to roles where your status is already accounted for.
Understand how DoorDash handles LCA timing in offers
DoorDash must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your H-1B petition reaches USCIS. Ask your recruiter whether the team has budget headcount confirmed, since LCA filing can't begin until the role and prevailing wage level are locked internally.
Build credentials that signal cross-functional leadership
DoorDash's enablement function works closely with sales, product, and finance. Certifications in sales methodology frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger, combined with documented cross-functional project ownership, strengthen your candidacy and support the specialty occupation argument for your visa petition.

Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Revenue Enablement Managers?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Revenue Enablement Manager roles. The role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards because it typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related discipline. Sponsorship availability can vary by team and headcount cycle, so confirming with your recruiter early in the process is advisable.
How do I apply for Revenue Enablement Manager jobs at DoorDash?
You can browse open Revenue Enablement Manager positions at DoorDash directly through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can identify openings aligned with your immigration status. DoorDash's hiring process for this role typically includes a recruiter screen, a take-home case study or presentation, and multiple panel interviews with sales and cross-functional leaders.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly sponsor for Revenue Enablement Manager roles?
DoorDash supports a range of work visa categories for this function, including the H-1B, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, E-3 for Australian citizens, and TN status for Canadian and Mexican professionals. Recent graduates on F-1 OPT or STEM OPT extension are also eligible, and DoorDash has sponsored Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for qualifying employees.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for Revenue Enablement Manager candidates?
DoorDash typically looks for candidates with prior experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a customer-facing sales role within a technology or marketplace company. Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, experience designing onboarding or training programs, and a demonstrated ability to translate sales data into actionable coaching are common expectations. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is generally required.
How do I navigate the visa filing timeline when joining DoorDash on an H-1B?
If you're subject to the H-1B cap, DoorDash must register you in the USCIS lottery in March for an October 1 start date. If you're transferring from another H-1B employer, DoorDash can file a transfer petition and you can begin work once USCIS issues a receipt notice, without waiting for approval. Aligning your offer acceptance and start date with these USCIS windows is critical to avoiding gaps in work authorization.
