Frame your portfolio around enterprise platforms
Deloitte's Platform Product Manager roles sit inside consulting engagements, not internal product teams. Tailor your portfolio to show platform work delivered in client-facing or enterprise contexts, not consumer products, so hiring managers can map your experience to billable project work.
Verify Deloitte's LCA filings before applying
DOL's public LCA disclosure database shows the specific job titles and office locations Deloitte has filed Labor Condition Applications for. Cross-reference your target role and city before applying to confirm active sponsorship activity for Platform Product Manager positions at that office.
Target Deloitte's technology and digital practice lines
Sponsorship likelihood is highest in Deloitte's Technology and Digital Transformation practices, where platform roles are most consistently filled. Applying through a consulting-focused business unit signals a clearer project need, which strengthens the internal business case a hiring manager makes when requesting visa sponsorship.
Clarify sponsorship eligibility during the offer stage
Deloitte's offer process moves quickly. Raise your visa sponsorship need before final rounds, not after receiving an offer. Ask the recruiter explicitly whether the role is approved for H-1B or E-3 sponsorship, since practice-level budgets sometimes limit sponsorship to specific headcount.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Platform Product Manager roles
Deloitte posts across multiple portals and practice microsites, making it easy to miss active openings. Use Migrate Mate to browse verified Platform Product Manager positions at Deloitte that are open to visa sponsorship, filtered by role and location in one place.
Prepare for USCIS specialty occupation scrutiny
USCIS increasingly issues Requests for Evidence on consulting H-1B petitions questioning whether the role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Work with Deloitte's immigration team early to document that your Platform Product Manager duties require a specific technical or business degree, not a generalist background.

Find Platform Product Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Platform Product Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Platform Product Managers, particularly within its Technology and Digital Transformation practices. Sponsorship is typically initiated after a formal offer and subject to USCIS approval. If you're outside the H-1B cap, Deloitte can file at any time. Cap-subject cases follow the April lottery window, so timing your job search accordingly matters.
How do I apply for Platform Product Manager jobs at Deloitte?
Apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which aggregates Deloitte's visa-sponsoring Platform Product Manager openings in one place. Deloitte's application process typically includes a recruiter screen, technical or case-style interviews, and a final panel. Roles are posted at the practice level, so filtering by business unit, Technology or Digital, surfaces the most relevant openings.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly use for Platform Product Manager roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas most frequently for this role. Australian citizens are eligible for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and can be processed at a U.S. consulate without waiting for an annual cap cycle. For long-term pathways, Deloitte supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, typically initiated after a period of full-time employment through the PERM labor certification process.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Platform Product Manager roles?
Deloitte typically expects a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical field, plus demonstrated experience managing platform products in enterprise or consulting environments. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, API ecosystems, or ERP platforms strengthens your candidacy. For visa purposes, your degree must align specifically with the platform domain the role covers, since USCIS scrutinizes specialty occupation qualifications on consulting petitions.
How do I time my application around the H-1B cap cycle?
USCIS accepts H-1B cap-subject petitions starting April 1 each year, with a lottery held in March for registrations submitted in the preceding weeks. To be eligible, you need a job offer and completed I-129 petition before that window. Targeting Deloitte in the fourth quarter of the prior year gives your recruiter and immigration team enough runway to prepare the filing before the registration deadline.
