Frame your portfolio around measurable enablement outcomes
Deloitte's Sales Enablement Program Managers are expected to demonstrate impact through metrics like sales cycle reduction, adoption rates, or revenue influence. Document these results before your interviews so your credentials translate directly to the role's business case.
Target Deloitte's industry-aligned sales enablement teams
Deloitte structures sales enablement by industry vertical, not just centrally. Identify which practice area your background aligns with, such as financial services, technology, or government and public services, and tailor your application to that specific team.
Search open Sales Enablement Program Manager roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Deloitte's current Sales Enablement Program Manager openings by visa type. This saves time by surfacing only the roles where sponsorship for your specific visa category is actively supported.
Clarify your visa category early in recruiter conversations
Deloitte sponsors multiple visa types for this function, including H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3. Confirming which category applies to you in the first recruiter call avoids late-stage complications, since each visa has different employer obligations under USCIS and DOL requirements.
Prepare your credentials for the LCA prevailing wage process
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with DOL before your H-1B or E-3 petition can proceed. Have your official degree transcripts and any professional certifications ready early, as credentialing delays are the most common bottleneck in Deloitte's sponsorship timeline for program managers.
Understand Deloitte's internal transfer pathway for Green Card sponsorship
For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, Deloitte typically initiates PERM labor certification after you've established tenure in the role. Ask your recruiter whether the specific team has an active PERM sponsorship policy, since practice areas vary in how they handle permanent residency filings.

Find Sales Enablement Program Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Enablement Program Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Enablement Program Managers. The firm participates in the H-1B cap lottery each April for new hires and also transfers existing H-1B holders, which avoids the lottery entirely. If you're already on an H-1B with another employer, a transfer is often the faster path into a role at Deloitte.
How do I apply for Sales Enablement Program Manager jobs at Deloitte?
Apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal or find open Sales Enablement Program Manager roles filtered by visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate. Deloitte's process typically moves from a recruiter screen to a business interview with a panel from the relevant practice area. Having concrete examples of enablement programs you've built and their measurable outcomes will carry most of the weight in that panel stage.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Sales Enablement Program Manager roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Sales Enablement Program Managers, as well as EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas for permanent residency. H-1B is the most broadly applicable across nationalities. H-1B1 applies to Chilean and Singaporean nationals, and E-3 is specific to Australian citizens, each with distinct processing requirements and employer filing obligations.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Sales Enablement Program Manager roles?
Deloitte typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with experience building or running enablement programs in a professional services or enterprise consulting environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales methodology frameworks, and cross-functional program management are consistent expectations. An MBA or relevant certifications can strengthen your profile for senior-level openings.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take after receiving an offer from Deloitte?
For H-1B transfers, USCIS portability rules allow you to start work as soon as the petition is filed, which can take as little as a few weeks. For new H-1B cap petitions, you'd wait for the April lottery and an October 1 start date. E-3 visas processed at Australian consulates currently take two to six weeks from interview to stamp. Build these timelines into your offer negotiation so your start date is realistic.
