Earn a ServiceNow Certified Architect designation
Deloitte's consulting practice treats the ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect credential as a baseline for senior solution architect hires. Holding it before you apply removes a common screening objection and strengthens any specialty occupation case USCIS reviews.
Target Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice
Deloitte's GPS practice runs some of its largest ServiceNow engagements and posts architect roles with high frequency. These programs often have longer contract horizons, which directly supports multi-year H-1B extensions and gives your petition a more defensible employment basis.
Align your resume to Deloitte's alliance tier language
Deloitte is a ServiceNow Elite Partner. Referencing elite-tier delivery experience, platform governance, and ITSM transformation outcomes in your resume signals the implementation scale Deloitte actually staffs, making your profile easier to match to open requisitions.
Confirm sponsorship scope before the offer stage
Deloitte sponsors multiple visa categories for this role, but not every business unit handles immigrant visa sponsorship on the same timeline. Ask your recruiter directly whether the team supports EB-2 or EB-3 PERM filings, and get clarity before you negotiate the offer.
Use Migrate Mate to find active Deloitte architect openings
Deloitte's architecture roles move quickly and aren't always easy to filter by sponsorship eligibility on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to browse verified ServiceNow Solution Architect openings at Deloitte that are open to visa sponsorship, so you're applying to the right postings from the start.
Build your H-1B timeline around Deloitte's onboarding cycle
If you need a new H-1B, USCIS opens registration in early March for an October 1 start date. Coordinate your offer acceptance and I-129 filing dates with Deloitte's HR team early so the petition is ready before the lottery closes.

Find Servicenow Solution Architect at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Servicenow Solution Architects?
Yes. Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for ServiceNow Solution Architects as part of its standard hiring process for qualified international candidates. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation given the degree and platform expertise requirements. Sponsorship availability can vary by business unit and practice area, so confirming directly with your recruiter early in the process is advisable.
How do I apply for Servicenow Solution Architect jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply through Deloitte's careers portal or browse verified openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, your relevant certifications such as the Certified Technical Architect credential, and experience with Deloitte's typical client sectors, including financial services, government, and healthcare.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly use for Servicenow Solution Architect roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for this role, covering candidates from most countries, Singaporean nationals, and Australian citizens respectively. For candidates seeking permanent residence, Deloitte also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways through PERM labor certification, though timelines and practice-level policies vary.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for a Servicenow Solution Architect?
Deloitte typically expects a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, combined with several years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience. The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist credentials are standard expectations. Senior architect roles often require experience leading full-platform deployments across ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules for enterprise clients.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take once Deloitte extends an offer?
For H-1B cap-subject cases, the timeline runs from the March lottery registration to an October 1 start date, meaning you need your offer in place by February or early March. E-3 consular processing for Australian candidates typically takes two to six weeks from application to visa issuance. PERM labor certification for Green Card sponsorship can take one to three years depending on DOL processing queues.
