Frame your credentials around client-facing outcomes
Deloitte's Strategic Partnerships Manager roles sit at the intersection of business development and consulting delivery. Quantify how your prior partnership work drove revenue, expanded accounts, or built alliance networks, interviewers assess commercial impact, not just relationship management experience.
Target Deloitte's industry-aligned practice areas directly
Strategic Partnerships openings at Deloitte are distributed across practices like Technology, Government, and Financial Services. Applying through a specific practice's talent pipeline, rather than the general careers portal, puts your resume in front of the hiring manager who controls headcount and sponsorship decisions.
Understand which visa applies to your citizenship
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for this role. Australian citizens should apply through the E-3 pathway, which has no lottery and a faster consular timeline. Chilean and Singaporean nationals qualify for the H-1B1. Knowing your category before your offer conversation prevents delays in the filing process.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Deloitte's immigration team handles H-1B petitions and LCA filings with DOL internally. During offer negotiation, confirm whether your role is designated as cap-subject or cap-exempt, since Deloitte affiliates operating as nonprofit research entities may have cap-exempt status that changes your filing timeline.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active Strategic Partnerships openings
Strategic Partnerships Manager roles at Deloitte open and close quickly across practice areas and geographies. Use Migrate Mate to filter for sponsorship-confirmed openings so you're applying to live roles, not stale listings that have already moved to offer stage.
Build a portfolio of cross-sector alliance examples before interviews
Deloitte values candidates who have managed partnerships that cross industry boundaries, particularly alliances with technology vendors like Salesforce, SAP, or AWS. Preparing two or three structured case studies showing how you structured and operationalized those relationships will differentiate you in a competitive interview process.

Find Strategic Partnerships Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Strategic Partnerships Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Strategic Partnerships Manager roles. Deloitte has a dedicated immigration team that manages LCA filings with the DOL and I-129 petitions with USCIS directly. Because the H-1B is subject to an annual cap and lottery, timing your offer relative to the April registration window matters. Roles at cap-exempt Deloitte entities may bypass the lottery entirely.
How do I apply for Strategic Partnerships Manager jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply through Deloitte's careers portal, but roles are distributed across practice areas and may not all surface in a single search. Filtering by business function and geography improves results. Migrate Mate lists sponsorship-confirmed Strategic Partnerships Manager openings at Deloitte in one place, which saves time if you're targeting this role specifically.
Which visa types does Deloitte use for Strategic Partnerships Manager roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for most nationalities, H-1B1 visas for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, and E-3 visas for Australian citizens. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, Deloitte also sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card petitions. The right pathway depends on your citizenship and how quickly you need work authorization to begin.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Strategic Partnerships Manager roles?
Deloitte typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, strategy, or a related field, with several years of experience managing strategic alliances, vendor relationships, or business development in a professional services or technology context. Experience working with ecosystem partners like major cloud or enterprise software vendors is frequently cited in job descriptions across Deloitte's consulting practices.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship to start at Deloitte?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March each year, with a selection lottery shortly after. If selected, USCIS allows premium processing for a faster decision. Work with Deloitte's immigration team as early as possible after your offer so the LCA is filed with DOL before the petition window opens. Missing the cap cycle means waiting a full year unless a cap-exempt position is available.
