The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer scalable, innovative, and research driven solutions to improve our client’s financial lives. As a Delivery Manager on the Platform Engineering team you will work cross-functionally to ensure well solicited and socialized plans to deliver the highest impact solutions to customers across the enterprise as well as the timely and effective delivery of the team’s roadmaps. You will work across platform capabilities including collaboration and productivity platforms, critical enterprise-wide middleware, and software engineering tools and platforms.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What you might work on:

• Accountable for coordinating Platform Engineering-wide roadmaps incorporating team plans to support Platform Engineering team-wide goals.
• Accountable for coordinating Platform Engineering organizational evolution and operational maturity planning, documentation, delivery, and internal communications.
• Proactively manage across stakeholder groups internally and externally to establish interdependencies, identify risks and resource constraints, and eliminate significant roadblocks in a timely fashion.
• Accountable for hands-on leadership and facilitation as needed to ensure delivery on Platform Engineering commitments.
• Assist product managers with customer identification, segmentation, use-case analysis, feedback solicitation, planning, and external communications.
• Assist product managers to coordinate Platform Engineering financial management processes; ensuring timely, well negotiated agreements.
• Assist product managers to coordinate participation in Security programs; ensuring timely satisfaction of associated requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant domain or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Technical Program, Technical Product, Project, Manager or Delivery Manager role.
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing senior stakeholders through large and complex products or programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading products or programs across multiple engineering and operations teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to synthesize information, communicate complex concepts to various audiences, and translate raw data into actionable insights.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or advanced degree
• PMP or similar Program or Project Management certification
• Vendor management experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP-ACI
• Release Train Engineer experience in SAFe
• Agile coaching experience or certified is also preferred
