Target clinical and therapeutic roles first
Eating Recovery Center's sponsorship activity concentrates in licensed clinical positions, therapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, and psychologists. If your background is in behavioral health or medical services, you're applying in the area where sponsorship is most likely to be considered.
Understand which visa types they support
Eating Recovery Center sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways. Knowing which category fits your situation before you apply lets you ask informed questions during the hiring process and signals that you've done your homework.
Highlight licensure and specialty credentials upfront
Healthcare employers like Eating Recovery Center weigh professional licensure heavily. Leading with your clinical credentials, state licensure status, and eating disorder specialization in your application materials strengthens your candidacy before visa sponsorship even enters the conversation.
Ask about sponsorship early in the process
Behavioral health organizations often assess sponsorship on a role-by-role basis. Raising your visa status clearly and early, ideally at the recruiter screen, avoids late-stage surprises and gives the hiring team time to loop in HR or legal.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm current openings

Be prepared for multi-site hiring structures
Eating Recovery Center operates treatment centers across multiple states. Sponsorship decisions may vary by location, so clarify which facility is hiring and whether the sponsoring entity is consistent, this affects LCA filing and your work location on the petition.

Confirm sponsorship availability with the recruiter for your specific role and location.
What visa types does Eating Recovery Center sponsor?
Eating Recovery Center sponsors several visa categories, including H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), TN visa, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT. This range of visa types makes the company accessible to international candidates at different stages, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced clinicians pursuing permanent residence. The right pathway depends on your nationality, degree, and the specific role you're applying for.
Which roles at Eating Recovery Center are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Eating Recovery Center tends to align with licensed clinical and medical positions, roles like therapists, licensed professional counselors, registered dietitians, psychiatrists, and other credentialed behavioral health staff. These positions meet the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B petitions and are also more likely to qualify for employer-sponsored Green Card pathways. Administrative or support roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I apply for a job at Eating Recovery Center as an international candidate?
Start by identifying open roles where your clinical specialty and licensure are a match. When you apply, be transparent about your visa status and the type of sponsorship you need, recruiters in behavioral health are generally familiar with the process. Migrate Mate lets you browse Eating Recovery Center's open positions filtered by sponsorship history, so you can focus on roles where international hiring is already established.
How long does the sponsorship process take at Eating Recovery Center?
For H-1B sponsorship, the timeline depends on the petition route and time of year. Standard processing through USCIS can take several months, while premium processing shortens the adjudication window to a few weeks. If you're on OPT, timing your application so your start date aligns with your authorization period is critical.
