How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Empire Distributors Visa Sponsorship USA
Target operations and distribution-specific roles
In the distribution and wholesale industry, sponsored roles typically sit in operations, logistics coordination, or specialized technical functions. Tailor your application to highlight skills directly relevant to warehouse, supply chain, or wholesale distribution workflows.
Demonstrate long-term commitment upfront
Green Card sponsorship requires a significant employer investment in time and legal costs. Emphasize career stability, industry tenure, and a genuine interest in a long-term role at Empire Distributors to signal you're worth that commitment.
Search verified sponsors in your field
Distribution and wholesale employers with real sponsorship history can be hard to identify. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time and helping you focus on employers like Empire Distributors who have actually sponsored.
Ask about sponsorship eligibility early
Green Card sponsorship timelines vary by visa category and individual circumstance. Raise the topic early in the interview process, confirm which EB category applies to your role, and ask whether the company has immigration counsel who manages the PERM process.

Does Empire Distributors sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Empire Distributors does not have a track record of H-1B sponsorship. The company's immigration activity has focused on employment-based Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Candidates who require H-1B sponsorship should clarify visa support options directly with the company's HR or recruiting team before applying.
What visa types does Empire Distributors sponsor?
Empire Distributors sponsors employment-based Green Cards, with activity under both the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. EB-2 is generally suited to professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers in roles requiring at least two years of training or experience. Both pathways involve the PERM labor certification process and require employer commitment over a multi-year timeline.
Which roles at Empire Distributors are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
In the distribution and wholesale sector, sponsored positions typically fall in specialized operational, logistics, or technical roles where the employer has difficulty finding qualified U.S. workers, which is the foundational requirement for PERM labor certification. Roles in supply chain coordination, warehouse management, or distribution operations are worth targeting. Positions requiring niche expertise or advanced qualifications tend to align better with EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility.
How do I find open jobs at Empire Distributors that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find roles at companies like Empire Distributors that have a verified sponsorship history. You can filter by employer, visa type, and industry to surface distribution and wholesale jobs where Green Card sponsorship is a realistic option. This avoids the common frustration of applying to roles only to discover the employer won't sponsor your visa category.
How do I approach the application process at Empire Distributors as a visa-seeking candidate?
Lead with your qualifications and fit for the distribution or wholesale role first. Once you've established employer interest, raise the sponsorship conversation early, ideally before a formal offer stage. Confirm whether the company is currently in a position to initiate PERM for your role and ask about their experience working with immigration attorneys. Being informed about the EB-2 and EB-3 process demonstrates seriousness and reduces friction on both sides.
