Frame your portfolio around DTC brand growth
Everyday Dose operates as a direct-to-consumer food and beverage brand. Marketing candidates who can show campaign work tied to customer acquisition, retention, or subscription growth are more relevant than those with traditional retail or agency-only backgrounds.
Confirm OPT eligibility before the interview stage
F-1 OPT authorization takes 3 to 5 months to process with USCIS after your program ends. Apply as early as 90 days before your graduation date so your employment authorization aligns with a start date Everyday Dose can realistically commit to.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for open Marketing roles
Everyday Dose's Marketing openings span multiple specializations and change frequently. Use Migrate Mate to browse current listings filtered by visa type so you're applying to roles actively open to sponsored candidates, not positions where sponsorship isn't on the table.
Ask HR about LCA filing timing in your offer call
Before accepting an offer, ask whether the Labor Condition Application has been filed or is in progress. The DOL must certify the LCA before your visa application moves forward, and delays here directly push back your start date.
Align your degree field with the specific role applied for
E-3 and H-1B specialty occupation rules require your degree to relate directly to the job. A Marketing Manager role typically maps to degrees in marketing, communications, or business. If your degree is in an adjacent field, document how your coursework connects to the job description.
Research Everyday Dose's content channels before your interview
The brand competes heavily in the health and wellness food and beverage space through social, email, and influencer channels. Arriving with specific observations about their current campaigns signals genuine interest and lets you speak to real performance gaps rather than generic Marketing strategy.

Find Marketing at Everyday Dose JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Everyday Dose sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Everyday Dose's documented sponsorship history for Marketing roles focuses primarily on E-3 and F-1 OPT rather than H-1B. H-1B sponsorship is possible in principle, but the H-1B lottery runs once per year with registration in March for an October start, which creates significant timing constraints. Australian nationals should prioritize the E-3 path, which has no lottery and processes year-round.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Everyday Dose?
Apply directly through Everyday Dose's careers page or find their open Marketing roles filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate. Before applying, review the job description carefully to confirm the role lists visa sponsorship as available. In your cover letter, clearly state your visa category and authorization timeline so the hiring team can assess fit without back-and-forth.
Which visa types are most commonly used for Marketing roles at Everyday Dose?
Everyday Dose has sponsored E-3 visas for Australian nationals and supported F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates in Marketing roles. The E-3 is well-suited for Marketing positions because it meets the specialty occupation threshold, processes quickly through consular appointments in Australia, and can be renewed indefinitely in two-year increments. TN is also a documented visa type for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories.
What qualifications does Everyday Dose expect for Marketing roles?
Marketing roles at Everyday Dose typically require a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, combined with hands-on experience in DTC or e-commerce brand environments. Growth marketing, content strategy, and performance channel experience are commonly referenced in their job descriptions. For visa purposes, your degree field should directly correspond to the Marketing function you're applying for, which USCIS evaluates as part of the specialty occupation determination.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship for a Marketing role at Everyday Dose?
Timeline depends on your visa category. F-1 OPT applications should be submitted to USCIS up to 90 days before your program end date, with a 3 to 5 month processing window. E-3 consular appointments in Australia currently schedule within weeks, with visa decisions typically returned within a few business days after the interview. Build at least 60 to 90 days into your expected start date to account for LCA certification and any administrative processing.
