The Enterprise Product Marketing team is responsible for introducing Apple's products and services to businesses globally. From product positioning, customer engagement, to channel enablement, the Enterprise Product Marketing team helps enterprise customers adopt the Apple platform, empowering employees to do their best work and achieve their full potential.
Description
Apple is looking for a passionate and technically minded marketer who believes deeply in the transformative impact that AI and emerging technology can have on how businesses operate and how people work. In this role, you will be the marketing voice for AI in the enterprise - bridging complex technical capabilities and real-world enterprise value for decision makers, IT leaders, and end users alike.
You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, marcom, PR, and enterprise sales to develop compelling messaging and programs that help enterprise customers understand and adopt Apple's AI capabilities. You'll have both inbound responsibilities - voicing enterprise customer needs back into product and engineering teams - and outbound responsibilities - crafting positioning, content, and programs that tell Apple's AI story across enterprise audiences.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and marketing craft. The ideal candidate has a unique ability to take complex subjects - like machine learning, on-device AI, and enterprise automation - and translate them into clear, compelling stories that resonate with enterprise buyers.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for Apple's AI capabilities and technical enterprise topics, including AI, IT, and security.
- Craft clear and compelling value propositions that translate complex AI and technical concepts into meaningful benefits for enterprise decision makers and end users.
- Develop high-quality customer-facing assets including messaging frameworks, Keynote presentations, web copy, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
- Build and implement integrated marketing programs to drive enterprise awareness, understanding, and adoption of Apple AI and technical capabilities.
- Serve as the marketing lead for technical enterprise topics, partnering closely with product, engineering, and platform teams to stay ahead of Apple's AI roadmap.
- Support strategic customer and partner briefings, and deliver presentations to senior executive and technical audiences.
- Be the voice of enterprise customers and IT stakeholders, collecting feedback that informs product development, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Closely follow emerging trends in enterprise AI, security, and IT to ensure Apple's story remains current, differentiated, and compelling.
- Synthesize market data, customer insights, and industry research to shape strategy, direction, and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, including developing the core product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for enterprise markets.
- Superb communication and passionate presenter with authentic storytelling skills.
- Experience crafting compelling and succinct positioning, messaging and differentiation for products.
- Exceptional ability to think strategically and analytically, then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to detail.
- Deep curiosity about AI and its practical applications in enterprise environments, with a passion for making complex technology accessible and meaningful.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or marketing AI, machine learning, security, or IT management solutions in an enterprise context.
- Results-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude; thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Passion for Apple products and a genuine belief in the role technology plays in helping people and businesses do their best work.
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Align your portfolio to Apple's brand standards
Apple's Marketing roles demand demonstrated experience with premium, narrative-driven creative work. Before applying, reframe your portfolio around brand storytelling and product launch campaigns rather than performance or growth marketing, which sits closer to Apple's Marcom and product marketing priorities.
Target product marketing manager roles specifically
Apple's most common Marketing hires are Product Marketing Managers tied to specific hardware lines like iPhone, Mac, or Apple Watch. Applying to roles scoped to a product category you have genuine domain knowledge in significantly improves your fit signal for recruiters.
Confirm your degree field supports specialty occupation classification
For H-1B sponsorship, your Marketing role must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. A degree in marketing, communications, or business is typically sufficient, but roles framed around creative direction may require additional documentation showing the theoretical and practical application of that field.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open Marketing roles at Apple
Apple posts Marketing positions across multiple business units simultaneously, and openings can close quickly. Search Migrate Mate to filter for Apple's active Marketing roles that explicitly support visa sponsorship, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than assumed.
Prepare for a multi-round interview process before offer
Apple's Marketing interview process routinely involves four to six rounds, including a portfolio presentation, a written exercise, and cross-functional panel interviews. Visa sponsorship decisions are typically confirmed at the offer stage, so expect a longer lead time before any immigration conversations begin.
Understand how LCA filing affects your start date
Apple must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying your prevailing wage before your H-1B petition reaches USCIS. If you're on F-1 OPT, account for this processing time when calculating how much runway you have before your work authorization expires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Apple sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Yes, Apple sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing roles, particularly for positions like Product Marketing Manager and Marcom roles tied to specific hardware or software lines. Sponsorship is confirmed at the offer stage after clearing Apple's full interview process. Apple also sponsors H-1B1 visas for Chilean and Singaporean nationals and E-3 visas for Australian citizens working in qualifying Marketing roles.
Which visa types does Apple commonly sponsor for Marketing roles?
Apple sponsors a range of visa types for Marketing professionals, including H-1B, H-1B1 visa, E-3, and TN visas for eligible nationalities. For candidates already in the U.S. on F-1 status, Apple supports both OPT and CPT work authorization. For longer-term permanent residency, Apple has a track record of sponsoring EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card petitions for Marketing employees.
What qualifications does Apple expect for Marketing roles requiring visa sponsorship?
Apple's Marketing roles typically require a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related field. For USCIS specialty occupation purposes, your degree field needs to align directly with the role's responsibilities. Beyond credentials, Apple places significant weight on product knowledge, experience with large-scale brand campaigns, and the ability to translate technical product details into consumer narratives.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Apple?
Start by identifying open Marketing roles at Apple that align with your background and confirm visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate lets you browse Apple's active Marketing positions filtered by visa type, so you're not guessing about sponsorship eligibility. Apple's application process moves through recruiter screening, portfolio review, and multiple panel interviews before an offer is extended and immigration discussions begin.
How do I plan my timeline if I'm on F-1 OPT applying to Apple Marketing roles?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your H-1B petition must be filed before your OPT expires. Apple will need time to complete its hiring process, file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL, and submit your H-1B petition to USCIS. The standard H-1B cap filing window opens in April for an October 1 start date. Apply to Apple roles at least six to eight months before your OPT end date to allow enough lead time.
